I ordered 2 large pizzas that were burned right before closing time and and so I called them but they had already closed . So after I got off work the following day I called back and explained it tothe girl who answered . She argued with me and said she was there and the pizzas were fine so I told her it wasn't fine to me . She got the manager on duty(Richard) beside her and he said he wasn't replacing anything without the old pizzas returned but my fridge was broken so I just tossed them out instead of leaving old food sitting out . So I told them I had thrown them out and explained why but he suggested I go in the garbage can outside and get them to return to him or I was out of luck . Mind you I order from there alot because of hectic schedule and have made them replace wrong orders before but he said it is now the policy that all wrong pizzas were to be returned and that the new policy began two months ago . But I have checked and there is no such policy . . So beware of this Completely Rude and Sorry excuse for a MOD at this Jemison Alabama location . He lacks all work ethic and is horrible . He shouldn't make up policies on his own . Bad service .

You forgot my banana peppers and jalapeño added to my pizza. One of the pizzas looked like it was dropped. All the slices were stacked on top of each other. The pizza was not well done as requested. Epic fail

Have had good service until tonight!! Ordered delivery and it we waited over an hr and my husband had to go pick it up and go home and it's cold!!! We paid a tip and still!!! Didn't even refund or offer to re make it fresh!!! We order from here literally just about every single day!!! Do better

Cinnamon sticks were stale like with zero taste.... Also paid $3 for 2 liter Dr. Pepper to have a Dr wham delivered instead! Only good is Delivery Driver was quick in delivery and nice.

The melts were disappointing. The pizza was good. The employees were nice but they gave me an eta on food and my food was ready way before then. I know this because I was sitting in the car with my son. I wished they had a wider delivery service area.
