Walked in on 12/18/2024 at 6pm. My parents are regulars here and eat here quite often. I however am not a regular and will not ever be coming back. I have never been treated more rudely in a restaurant before. We waited atleast 7 minutes to be greeted and the server and manager were just walking by us acting like we weren’t there. the people who walked in after us were immediately greeted. My parents asked the manager, that goes by the name “Turtle”, if we were gonna be greeted and the manager said “i’m not doing this today we only have 2 people here and everyone is cashing out and getting food at the same time”. then proceeded to slam our menus on the table. It would have been completely different if he said it in a polite tone but he definitely did not. I work as a server so i know how stressful it can be but if you don’t have the employees to give good customer service and not have people waiting just to be greeted then you shouldn’t be open. (There were only 5 tables in there btw.)

Employees get paper checks that bounce at EVERY LOCATION they try to check them at. 1000% illegal and hopefully the cops get involved because that's messing with people's livelihoods. 0/10 do not recommend solely for the fact they don't pay their employees.

The salmon was raw in the center and they totally forgot to bring the salad, the kids tender was very spicy. The best part was the cheese curds. The waitress was very inattentive we actually had to ask another waitress for our check because she never came back to the table after we complained about the food. Terrible first experience. It’s was very loud in the restaurant but it’s a sports bar so it’s expected.

Not bad if you like food made of mostly fat and gristle, and service that is slow and rude. I don't expect five star dining and service at a sports bat, but this was ridiculous.

Hard to support local businesses when staff acts as if the customer is bothering them when simply trying to place an order!! Foods good, but staff ive encountered the past 3 times visiting acts as if customer is bothering them. The past 2 times I've tried calling in they pick up phone and soon as I start order they immediately put you on hold and at the 10min. Mark for the 2nd time ive hung up and taking business elsewhere. Both times I had call ins and just to see if maybe they was that busy for reason to put me on hold for so long and nope.. 2 cars in parking lot.

Had bbq sliders and they're garbage. Just random stuff on the walls. Why do you have a 70 chevelle hood in the wall? I get the sports clothing, but a car hood, that's dented and rusting? The bartender was great at least she had herself together, the rest sux

Had a BBQ chicken salad. Was very good! Only 1 person serving so service was a little slow but not terrible.

I will not go back! The waitress has the worst attitude! This girl needs to find a job NOT working with the public. I ordered a hamburger and the meat was not cooked all the way in certain places. At one time I enjoyed going to the Red Zone. I did not get the name of the waitress, I should have! She has long hair and a BIG attitude.
