I ordered a New York pizza from Pizza Hut in Killin AL. The pizza was baked perfect and is super delicious. They used the tiny pepperoni pieces. Perfect! Highly recommend. Customer service was awesome!

The manager said she don't have time for costumer's.my boss order pizza today it was so greasy that when we pick up the pizza it would be full of grease .I don't know what happen but the pizza was so good but now it has changed .the people that work there are not friendly .the atmosphere there is trouble.i use to go in there all the time .it's not the same .and there was a lady that use to work there she was very nice she took care of her customers .all my friends use to go there not no more .

I waited for 50 minutes for my pizza to arrive. I called and they had put it down as a carry out. I had already paid, 19.44 plus a $5 delivery tip. When they said if it’s a delivery fee we have to redo the receipt. I said ok, the price jumped up to $24 and some odd change. Then he wanted to add another delivery tip, I said no and please make a fresh pizza for me, he said ok. According to the time I spent on the phone with him and the time of delivery, there is no way they could have made a fresh pizza. It was cool, not hot and fresh. Mushrooms were completely cold. I live 2 minutes from the Pizza Hut in Killen Alabama. Not happy.

These workers are amazing. Always friendly. Always try their best. I went in to pick up an order I placed online late one night and they had ran out of one of the things I ordered and before I even got there, they had taken care of the refund and apologizd. They also don't Hassel or try to guilt you into tipping for carryout like many places do. In fact another location we won't use anymore, not only hassels you for a tip, but every time we didn't tip for carryout, we got sick off of the food. We experimented literally at that other location for 3 years. Yet here, we've never gotten sick off of their food weather or not we tip for carry out ( we always tip good for delivery). I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. I literally drive way out of my way just for this location. When that other one is only 4 miles from my house.

Pizza Hut was very busy and there was one worker, Amanda, doing it all. She still acknowledged everyone who came in. Everyone got their food on time or shortly after. She just did a great job and felt it deserved recognition. Happy holidays

The worst pizza I ever had, payed $17. For a medium and two toppings, It like it was setting around 4 hours and put my toppings on and warmed it up it was so dry and cold! Never going back good by pizza hut!!
