Her attitude and people skills are just garbage and she is very condescending.

Great chicken! Best service! Best Manager... No better cause than there roosters sauce... THE BEST IN THE AREA! This comes from a person who has 8,000,000 views total so I have ate and traveled to many places... Great locally owned restaurant!

Placed an order via phone and then went to pick it up in the drive thru. After waiting 30 minutes in the line a very rude and condescending worker refused to allow to pick up the order and was going to force me to come inside even though I have picked up orders from the drive thru at least once a week for the last 20 years. This is terrible customer service and they have lost a very loyal customer.

I have asked a couple of times for them to put the fries in a sack when you get a hamburger steak but they won't too charge 50 Cent more, I don't like my hamburger steak covered with French fries You have to move them out of the way
I will never eat there again, first you can't pick up your call in order at the window anymore, second I hD to go inside to pickup the order I called in hoping it would be close to bei g ready when I got there. But no! Stood inside for 40 minutes to get my called I. Order for 2 people. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The lady at the front counter was VERY RUDE, when I asked about the special sauce she was pushing , so I asked what is was made from , i was asking for allergic reasons. Bit she said she couldn't say a damn thing about it cause she had to sign a contract not to tell anything about. I was close to just walking out cause of her persona and actions. Hopefully she can learn to talk to some one properly instead of the ignorance that came out of her mouth.

The staff was kind and friendly!!! Now let's talk about the food. I ordered a catfish plate, I tell you that was the best catfish plate that I have eaten in a long time. The fillets was cooked to perfection and cole slaw and the hush puppies were awesome!!! People often complain about the wait time, but it was definitely worth the wait!!! If I have to wait for food that good, then I don't mind waiting. I give it 5* and two thumbs up!!!!
Don't get the mac & cheese. I ordered it, and it was spoiled.
