I patronize this restaurant 3 or 4 times a year..I’ve never eaten inside..only used To-Go option..customers were previously able to call in order over the phone and pick it up at drive thru window. However they changed that option for reasons unknown to me and now require call in orders to pick up inside store. I didn’t want to go inside so I decided to order at drive thru… it took the person inside at least 10 minutes to come over the intercom to take my order.. another worker who saw me waiting even told them that someone was waiting at the drive thru…so when my order was finally taken I drive to the window.. never got an apology for having to wait so long and was told that I’d have to wait an additional 20 minutes for the food to be prepared..my suggestion is to bring back picking up phone orders at the drive thru because the new way clearly doesn’t work..😡

Slowest service ever. Waited for 45 minutes for a two piece filet. There’s no reason for that to take that long. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. The lady was a little rude and stated “Well it’s gotta cook”. Not for 45 minutes. 🤣 My advice: call ahead or don’t even go. 🙄

If I could give negative stars for service, I absolutely would. I’m not gonna say a whole lot other than, if the owner wants to stop losing business, they’re going to remove that entitled Prissy princess From the front counter. Her attitude and people skills are just garbage and she is very condescending.
