I just got back home from getting 2 double cheese burgers and a fry. Anytime LaLa is working she puts a smile on my face. the only reason why I gave 5 star reviews is because of Lala. I think she deserves a raise. it's not too many people with great customer service.

The customer area smelled like old cigarettes and legitimate raw sewage with flies EVERYWHERE. There was a gentleman whose card would not work at the self check out. He patiently waited for someone to help him…. A man with black stars on his face (stickers) asked him to use the self check out and the customer explained he tried on both machines and his card wouldn’t work. Then… a black female employee laughed out loud and said “He don’t know how to use the machines!” …The customer is white… She was deliberately trying to embarrass him in front of EVERYONE. Extremely disrespectful and racist. The whole experience was by far the worst I have ever seen. This place needs to be shut down immediately until the health department deems it safe.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a McDonald’s that has polite workers in a very long time. One of the workers even apologized for a straw flying off our cup. I’ll most definitely come up here next time we visit!

The manager working at 1pm July 15th 2025 was VERY nice and ran to my car with the proper order, it was just a couple changes on my QP and I didn't care they mixed it up but she insisted on bringing me back the right one and i really admire that. She deserves a raise. She treated me very well and my food was fresh. You need to keep employees like this happy and well paid. -AA
