It took them 30 minutes to accept my order, an hour to prepare it, and 30 minutes to give it to my driver. They don't answer the phone. I'm sure I won't enjoy as me nor my children eat cold fries. This was my first and last experience with them. Never have I ever experienced such a low level of service in my hometown and especially not in the neighborhood I grew up in. Disappointed is an understatement. The LEAST they could have done was call me and apologize for the carelessness... But then again, if you don't care, why call?... So it's dually noted. To think I was excited to finally see what everyone was talking about saying the food was good. If your customer service is bad, it doesn't matter how much others enjoy the food. At this point, if you didn't want to serve me, you could have just said that or not accepted my order and I would have happily taken my refund. I would have clearly had the same experience...

I think their food was good. I like the options and that they put the sauce on the side so if you just want the dry rub you have that option. Good service and pleasant workers.

Excellent service and excellent BBQ. We had the pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches. Some of the best I have had. While we waited on our order, the gentleman handed us a dish with sample ribs to try. If we hadn’t just been passing through the state on our way home to Michigan, I would have taken a full rack of those, too. I will definitely try to stop here again on my next trip.
