Went today for lunch with a friend. First time eating there. The customer service was subpar and the food awful. I has a footlong combo, the onion rings taste like chalk (breading) unable to eat. My friend had the sonic combo, the fries were hard possibly over cooked, was unable to eat the burger not warm. Customer service/waitress called( attitude displayed) once burger returned a little warmer but the meat had a smell. Unable to eat. Waste of time and money. Not a good experience for first time

Food is always decent. Customer service needs to be addressed. Some servers are rude and need to be trained better to handle things. I ordered the chili cheese coney hotdog...it was horrible. There was very little chili or cheese. I asked for ketchup and mustard and the server told me she would bring it to me when she brought out the other person's order in front of me. I got tired of waiting and left.

They need to pick up their game because they are falling bad. I mean it used to be great fast service but the last few times I went I waited 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and a slushy and come to find out my order was put through to the drive-through instead of the stall

We live nearby and frequently order from Lannette, Al, Sonic. I am a diabetic and the only thing I drink aside from water is unsweet iced tea. No matter what time of the day it is, this Sonic can never seem to have unsweet tea made. Every single time (multiple digits) they don’t have any unsweet tea and don’t offer to refund our money. They just expect us to find something else that will work. That’s not possible. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Got mozzarella cheese sticks, tater tots, and an oreo blast. They brought me out the wrong order at first, but quickly fixed the issue and brought me out the correct food.

The food is just as good as any other sonic but the service and delivery time are hit or miss. When it's not too full you can expect fast friendly service. During lunch and evening rush though, expect an over 20 minute wait for even the smallest order
