Went today for lunch with a friend. First time eating there. The customer service was subpar and the food awful. I has a footlong combo, the onion rings taste like chalk (breading) unable to eat. My friend had the sonic combo, the fries were hard possibly over cooked, was unable to eat the burger not warm. Customer service/waitress called( attitude displayed) once burger returned a little warmer but the meat had a smell. Unable to eat. Waste of time and money. Not a good experience for first time
Food is always decent. Customer service needs to be addressed. Some servers are rude and need to be trained better to handle things. I ordered the chili cheese coney hotdog...it was horrible. There was very little chili or cheese. I asked for ketchup and mustard and the server told me she would bring it to me when she brought out the other person's order in front of me. I got tired of waiting and left.

They need to pick up their game because they are falling bad. I mean it used to be great fast service but the last few times I went I waited 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and a slushy and come to find out my order was put through to the drive-through instead of the stall
