I don't normally leave bad reviews considering I mostly have a pleasant experience wherever I go but this time service was terrible only because they made me wait for my food purpose. I did a mobile at 5:19 didn't get my food until almost 5:45 someone order the same thing but got there food way before I did even though I was there way before them. I ordered the same about a month ago got it in 10 minutes. I think they can and should do a littler better next time. Also didn't say sorry for your wait just handed me my food and walked off so I could tell it was done on purpose.

I had to go through the drive-thru because it was sprinkling, and they have no cover at the drive-thru so rolling the window down the entire inside of my car got wet.The food was good though.

Pulled into Sonic. They made us move over to the inside lanes because they weren't taking orders on the outside ones because it was raining. Unable to back out because another vehicle backing out, the worker kept telling husband to move to other side. He told her 3 different times he couldn't because a vehicle was blocking us. Then when he was able to move to the opposite side and ordered she brought and order that was more than what showed on the screen and told him that it was more than what it showed and the payment didn't go through. Needless to say the payment on our order had already showed on our account. Finally we got our food that we ordered and amazingly it was correct.

Worst Sonic experience, ever. It's usually pretty decent, but this time the food took 22 minutes, the carhop was angry because they were having trouble with their card readers and I didn't have cash to pay with instead, the tater tots were stale, the Coney bun was stale, and the hot dog was dried out and leathery. This store used to be the best of the bunch, but not anymore.
Great unsweetened iced tea. The iced coffee was Meh.
