Auntie Anne's

Jessica must be paying people to write positive reviews. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to order a whole pretzel and Jessica only wanted to serve bites. I told her I was willing to wait and that's when she got nasty. Very unfortunate that Jessica is part of Auntie Anne's leadership team. Other patrons were just as shocked as I was. One of the other employees apologized on her behalf and looked embarrased to be working for someone like Jessica. I've had bad experiences at places before but this is the first time I've ever written a review. Maybe I caught Jessica at a bad time or maybe she's an aweful person. Either way it's unfortunate that Jessica is in a customer facing position and chose to act like a complete jerk.

I go to this location twice a week. My son loves the pretzel bites. Everytime we visit, we're greeted with smiles and everyone is extremely friendly. Today when I visited, there was a new young lady (Jaelyn) , she was very polite. To be new, she was well rounded and knew how to handle the rush! Jessica's management skills really show through her staff! Job well done!!

went in there at 6:15pm on 6-28-24 and there was a black woman that was really sweet and an older white lady. the black lady took my order and the white lady refused to make it because she was for one eating on the floor, then complain because it would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook a cup of mini pretzel dogs. we drive 35 minutes to get them and i was really disappointed when she was rude. also, also, when we were ordering the white lady in the back was rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks. I think she’s a manager, I’m not really sure, but she doesn’t need to be employed there
