I go to this location twice a week. My son loves the pretzel bites. Everytime we visit, we're greeted with smiles and everyone is extremely friendly. Today when I visited, there was a new young lady (Jaelyn) , she was very polite. To be new, she was well rounded and knew how to handle the rush! Jessica's management skills really show through her staff! Job well done!!

Pretty understaffed and slow which is understandable with everything going on. Ordered a normal pretzel the guy making it seemed very confused and he drenched my pretzel in butter and it leaked through the bag. The pretzels were made so big and were a bit undercooked. The staff seemed very confused and unorganized.

3.5 stars on s. Tastes differently than remembered. Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar and one was under baked. Also, cashier charged me for the wrong menu item and took a while to explain error for understanding. She called for help and explained to her coworker. They ended up having me return the changed and rang the sale again â€â™‚ï¸
