Y’all where quick to take my order but when I said i just like to use the restroom and go y’all told me it was locked.
Place looks nasty to begin with.

We ordered a large amount of food! Love about 20-25 minutes away and it was still warm when we got home! They were very nice when I picked up the order and Ms. Louise the manager is taking care of the customers!!!!

I’ve been living in Moody for a decade now. And Captain D’s and Chick-fil-A are the only two places that never get your order wrong. They are like clockwork!

I went through the drive-through. I was disappointed that I didn't get any crumbs with my meal but the fish was good.

If I could leave a zero I would. Our visit was very disappointing. Not once but thrice. Our rice looked like it was made weeks ago. There was also one time they refused to let us eat inside ‘cause they already mopped the dining area’ but they were still an hour from closing, it’s really disappointing. There was also one time that one of the staffs was flirting with my husband, very unprofessional, very disappointing, not going back.

Rising prices make this chain less and less appealing.
Y'all are charging 3 bucks before tax for a regular drink. We know that costs the store literal pennies.

They shouldn't have a drive-thru because you have to wait literally 30 minutes inline and then when you get to the window you still have to pull it down and wait an additional 30 minutes so they should take away the drive-thru it should be a dine-in only restaurant the wait time is ridiculous if you are traveling please do not stop here you will thank me later

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience. Upon opening our order, we discovered a long black hair in the fish. We immediately called the restaurant to inform them and said we would be bringing it back for a refund. They apologized over the phone and told us to return the food.
However, when we arrived, we were told they needed to contact their boss in Atlanta before issuing a refund. After explaining that we would contact the police if the issue wasn’t resolved, they suddenly gave us a full refund. It should never have required that level of escalation just to be treated fairly.
We will not be dining there again.

At this point I think everyone should cook at home. I ordered a family feast . I was told to pull down there bring it out I waited exactly 23 minutes. To get home to some soggy fish bread cold, greens beans old and not to even eat it. And I’m thinking I’m get fresh food to get home to something I couldn’t even eat I wish I had took a picture of this just to show that they really just taking our money at this point. And I live 6 minutes away from this store this is redundant

Horrible tasting lunch today. I ordered fish and crab cakes. Fish was cooked in too cold of oil, oil soaked batter. Fish was as small as the recognized frozen brand from grocery store. Crab cake looked like a hasbrown. My boyfriend had Fish and chicken. Fish was sane issues I had. Chicken looked like someone's leftover breaded chicken fingers from som other local restaurant. Will never return to the Leeds Captain Das. Nasty.

I was very disappointed on this visit to Captain D's. After waiting in the drive through line an excessive amount of time for my order to be done my order was horrible. The fish was old and soggy full of grease like it had been sitting for a very long time. I used to like this location but over the past few times I have visited they have been going further and further down.
