I love this Chick-fil-A! My girlfriend loves their fries and Polynesian sauce so we go in a few times weekly! Cashiers are always friendly and we always chat with them some. Was super cool because one employee prayed over me and my girlfriend! Food is always hot and good and is out within seconds of paying every time. There is this nice older fellow who always keeps the front meticulously clean and organized, I appreciate his hard work! So to sum it up they’ve been awesome every time for me and the food is always good.

I grew up in Atlanta eating at the original restaurant. The food quality today was so bad. The Wonky flat and rubbery chicken filets don't compare with the former plump and fresh product. I pity career minded managers and clean cut young workers who did their best today and delivered great service. I wholly despise the corporation who changed everything that was ever wholesome and good about this place. IMHO.

Not sure what has happened to this place. But breakfast seems fine. But everytime I go for dinner they’ll ask what sauce we want but they never give us straws or sauce anymore. You have to make sure to check and sit and wait for them to come back and ask why you haven’t left

I will NEVER patronize the Leeds Chick-Fil-A during breakfast hours or drive-thru again!!! I have never in my life experienced a restaurant that consistently messes up the same order over, and, over, and, over, and, over, and, over, and over, and over again!!! I order the same menu item every single time and every single time they find a way to completely screw up my order!! I'm highly disappointed, because I've worked at this particular location before and things have changed tremendously for the worse and it makes me sad to that. I understand mistakes happens, because we are all human, but after the 20th time it's no longer a mistake it's pure carelessness and something needs to be done about it! Last, but not least the new drive-thru set is ridiculously slow, I waited this morning 7 minutes for 1 burrito for it to be wrong!

Really unimpressed with the drive thru and mobile through process at this particular location, I think the mobile through sign may be too far into the queue. I spent 10 min waiting on my order then another 8 waiting for the people in front of me to get theirs so they would drive off and I could exit the queue. I didn't time it, so I don't know exactly what the times were, (they're guesstimates. I do know that I ate my entire meal waiting for the people in front of me to move.
