Really unimpressed with the drive thru and mobile through process at this particular location, I think the mobile through sign may be too far into the queue. I spent 10 min waiting on my order then another 8 waiting for the people in front of me to get theirs so they would drive off and I could exit the queue. I didn't time it, so I don't know exactly what the times were, (they're guesstimates. I do know that I ate my entire meal waiting for the people in front of me to move.

Wanted to get a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup, however when I looked in the bag the bowl wasn't full. This is the 1st location that said they couldn't fill the bowl. To pay $9 for a bowl of soup, 1st of all is ridiculous, but to pay $9 for a bowl that equates to a cup is more ridiculous. Since they wouldn't fill the bowl I requested a refund.

Clean store and bathrooms. Food was good and fresh. You can look through my reviews. We've been to chick fil a across the country. This is the slowest I've ever seen. We had a mobile order. I waited inside for 15 minutes to get it.
