Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Placed a curbside order. Order was prompt and correct, food was hot. The server was very pleasant and did a great job processing our large order with no errors.

The food was not good I had ordered carrots,one of my favorites, I could not bite them they were like rubber. The mashed potatoes were dry but edible. The chicken was hot and no flavor.

We usually have a great experience at this location. But today it was AWFUL. We waited over an hour for our food and we couldn't help but think they forgot about us.

• There were 6 other parties that came in after us and were served before us.

• Our food was cold, the eggs were rubbery, and the pancakes were cold.

• Our server Jayden couldn't make a coffee, couldn't remember to bring a straw after 15 minutes (had to go to the kitchen and get it myself), and he never checked in to see if we needed any additional condiments once the food finally arrived.

Given the most recent experience I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

By far and large, the worst dining experience I've ever had. After waiting for around five minutes, the cashier got on the radio to call someone to the hostess desk even though there were three servers just sitting at the first table doing nothing that entire time. Ordered a plate for early dinner and a to-go order with biscuits for both. The entrees came out with the wrong plates, so I then had to wait for my to go order to be prepped so I could switch the entrees. Cold sides and a country fried steak now sitting in fish oil is what I then proceeded to eat. Had to ask for gravy because the country fried steak wasn't served with it like the menu says it is. Didn't get the biscuits for the table or the biscuits in the to-go order. One incorrect side in the to-go order which resulted in an up-charge I didn't feel like fighting with at that point. Also, wasn't provided any napkins so I just ruined my sleeve and pants leg. This was at 4pm with a whopping 5 other customers. I'm glad I'm just passing through and this isn't my local Cracker Barrel. If your waitress walks up and says, "Hi, my name is Anna", just get up and leave.

Great country recipes, served up with smiles and southern hospitality. The country store has a variety of interesting foods, knick-knacks, clothing, toys, and more. It's always a great visit.

The food was delicious. The new oreo cheesecake stuffed pancakes are good, but not many oreos. Biscuits are perfect, but could use a little more gravy. Catfish was seasoned perfectly. The evening staff is more attentive than the morning staff even though they were busier in the evening.

Sadie was my server! Supper sweet! Everything came out on time. I never had to ask for anything. She constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Ask for Sadie section, you won’t be disappointed by the service. ❤️ don’t forget to tip her ❤️

Biscuits were cold. Server was nice but not concerned about the quality of food. Also when I asked for lemon for my tea (second request- first was ignored), she said, “Sorry, we don’t have any cut up.” This response seemed to border on rudeness- could someone not cut one up!?!? Typified the visit. We’ve had good food here frequently, but this time was not a great visit.

We ordered from DoorDash this morning. Our dasher waited for our food for nearly 45 minutes. When the food arrived, it was clear that CB just doesn't care this morning. They're either fantastic or terrible. There's no in-between. Anyhow, we ordered biscuits & gravy with Bacon, but didn't receive the gravy. We also ordered a kid's pancake breakfast. Luckily, we had syrup because we weren't given any. The other plate was the steak & egg hashbrown casserole bowl. Normally, the steak is cut up. Well, this time, a sad-looking piece of steak was just tossed on the top. It was all there though.
I guess we'll stop eating at Cracker Barrell again for a while. Luckily, Doordash made it right.

We came to cracker barrel and the experience was great up until we came to the register and recieved the wrath of an upset Janie. She proceeded to berate myself, my mother, and the associate (Kim I believe) who was trying to explain that she was incorrectly keying in our dinner receipt and items from the gift shop. We were told it was our fault she was not given the dinner receipt first and that we "screwed her all up". After continuing to key in the items, her tone and attitude continued to expressed was not suitable for an employee to give a paying customer or speaking with a coworker.

Customers remember how the experiences made them feel, and Janice made these customers feel unwelcome and contrubuted to a potentially ruined experienced at Cracker Barrel.

If you dont know how to work your own register, do more training, dont berate the paying customers.

The cook got the simple task of making 2 over easy eggs, and I got sent 4 sunny side up eggs with popped yolks and the egg whites still raw. Sent it back. Received my 2 over easy eggs this time made semi correctly but still with uncooked egg whites. It astonishes me that they charged me for the eggs they messed up.
