Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Edit to add : cracker barrel did reach out and talked with me. Apoligized and was given a free 2 person meal. They was very nice and considerate. Thanks for correcting. We used it at a different location and was GREAT!

Had a wait time of 15 min. No problem. Get seated at 10:20.brings wrong coke and No biscuits. Barely seen waitress.1 hour and 3 min after placing order we got food AFTER calling and asking what the deal was. People that came in at same time received food and LEFT. no discount, no pie not even a go to Heaven. The manager came and talked to us and in 3 min our order was on way. Waitress was more confused than me. Not a great experience at all.

We had a party of 13 people on a Sunday morning. It took them about ten minutes to get us seated. They we very promptly took our drink order, about five minutes later they came out with drinks , biscuits butter and jelly.. took our food order and brought it out in about 15 min .. they were great ….

Leeds, Alabama the day after Christmas at lunch time. We (table of 3) were seated within 5 minutes and our waitress Heather brought drinks and took orders. It took over an hour to get our food. Heather brought us some biscuits and cornbread to tide us over until the food arrived. It appeared there were few waitresses and fewer cooks in the kitchen. However, the food was hot and fresh and delicious. And Heather is an exceptional server. As busy as she was, she was pleasant and efficient.

Arrived around 6pm Sat. 12/20/2025 to eat a few items off the breakfast menu. Was starving due to the fact that I hadn't eaten all day. Ordered a medium rare steak and it arrived cooked well done, so I sent it back to have another one cooked. The next one was cooked correctly, but had some kind of sauce on it and had a funny aftertaste. By 11pm that evening, I was up and suffering from food poisoning. Thanks to that wonderful steak, I lost 12 lbs and suffered severe dehydration for the Christmas holidays. Will be a long time before I ever go back to a Cracker Barrel again.

Pancakes are paper thin now. Chicken is terrible. Dry and over cooked. Server was trying to handle way too many tables.

I ordered through the app for personal pick-up inside the store. All was fine with the exception that I received neither cutlery nor napkins with my pick-up order—and I tipped.

Wasted time gas and money. Took over an hr to get food and order was still wrong . Wasted money feeding my family of 4 because It was a pick up order management was rude and condescending I hope no one ever experience what I had to. I could of saved more money and better experience at McDonald's !!

Really enjoyed the country sampler. I got the chicken and dumplings, meatloaf and fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes and turnip greens. Everything was delicious. I added some butter to the mashed potatoes. It was very tasty.

I have been a customer for many years, however, my recent visit was a level up! The upgraded menu was FANTASTIC!! Also, bought some items from the store which I am enjoying a great deal.
