I hope to never dine here again. A disaster is possibly the only way to describe my experience here. The only (somewhat of a) saving grace was when my food finally made it out, it at least tasted decent, but not decent enough to offset the whole experience.

I tried ordering online and, as usual, the system would not accept the order. After several attempts, I called into the restaurant to place an order and was told they were having problems with the online ordering (this has happened multiple times and is nothing new.) I was placed on long holds several times and finally placed my order with a surly employee. The special of the day was Turkey and Dressing and Sweet Potato Casserole, which is what I ordered, but at 5:20 p.m. they were out of Sweet Potato Casserole. After waiting more than 35 minutes for my order (the restaurant was not busy, perhaps 1/3 filled), I was informed the order was checked and was correct but when I arrived home, the bread and jellies were not included with the meal. I guess I should be happy as in the past meals and sides have been left out of the order.

Do not order the Campfire Chicken. My husband ordered it for lunch and everything was black.
When I complained to the server she said it was supposed to be dark because of the spices used.
That was a lie. I was in this same Cracker Barrel with a friend last week and her meal looked delicious. Not this time🤮

We usually don’t post bad reviews because a bad day happens to everyone.
However it looks like the Cracker Barrel from Leeds has bad days everyday…
We’ve given this place too many chances, and today was the last.
We were told there was a 20mn wait at the counter: turned out to be 45mn
Not a great start but ok, at least now we can get some food… or so we thought after ordering, as everyone else around us.
After another 45mn, and after a couple tables got up to leave, we call the manager to figure out where the food is. He helplessly stood there apologizing like it was the 100th time he heard the same complaint.
That location has a big management issue: you can be short staffed, but then take the necessary measures to keep providing good service.
And that’s not counting our previous experiences where the order was messed up or the AI phone took the wrong order

TL;DR service was bad several times, we will not come back

My wife and I both received dirty silverware. The food was great. The service was good. The place was clean, considering it was late in the lunch hour. However, dirty silverware is inexcusable.

Food was only so so today , they appeared to be understaffed and we had a misunderstanding about my bill, i had pancakes from the premium sides menu priced 1.99 but was charged 4.99 , I also had loaded hashbrown casserole priced at a different price than what I was charged, very disappointed in this location but I will eat Cracker Barrel again.

Ordered the Grandma's breakfast to go. The food was the worst I've ever had. HOWEVER, the service I received is the driving force behind the 4 star review. AND because the service was so favoring I'll definitely give the food another shot!

Typical Crackerbarrel restaurant. Food is good, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, none of these have found a way to reduce ambient noise from folks just talking. (Maybe more room for tables instead of 2' apart??)

It was dinner time but my daughter and I went there for breakfast. We got there just before the rush but it still took over 45 minutes to get our food and it was just edible! The pancakes and my daughters hashbrowns were the best, but they were cooked fresh! The biscuits were so hard if I hadn't had gravy to put on it I'm not sure I would have been able to eat it. Speaking of the gravy, it was so thick it was obviously left from breakfast like the biscuits. Not sure we will be going back. It seems like they could have a tray of biscuits set aside to cook for the dinner rush and it's not that difficult to whip up a batch of gravy or at least go to the trouble to add some milk and thin out what they had, they did have over 45 minutes to cook the biscuits and make the gravy!!

Not too many people in the dinning room upon arrival however, it took over 45 minutes to get our simple breakfast.
