Unless you order online, which means giving a pizza shop your email, address, phone and credit card you will not get pizza. Walked in Sunday night to order and neither person came up to counter. I would have ordered $25 worth of food but I don't need to have such personal and financial relationship with a pizza place. Couldn't call to order, no one answered and the mailbox was full. Your business will not get my business or many others this way. So after trying 2 ways to order pizza, no go. Never again. If I can't call an order I won't bother

I ordered some pepperoni bread and lemonade for delivery and was paying cash @10:28 pm since I haven’t eaten all day and the driver did pull in front of my drive way but never got out to give me the order. I was tracking the order since they were around they were 5 mins out and I opened my door WITH the lights that had been on since 7pm (and my doorbell camera shows it was) and stood there for 2mins looking at the car because they weren’t moving at all and I grabbed my $20 out my pocket and soon as I looked up they were pulling off and after that the tracker showed the car sat up the hill for 2-3min and drove off. And I was just thinking maybe they got confused somehow and I called the store telling them this and the man on the phone told me that driver told them that they couldn’t see anything and nobody was at the door (I had my door opened and stood there looking the car parked in front of my driveway and the light WERE on the entir time. And then he said the driver tried to call but my phone isn’t showing any missed calls. While this is happening the driver wasn’t even at the store yet bc I called right after I saw them going up the backstretch to dominoes and I live 7-10 mins away. And was told their driver was off tonight yet they’d till had my food. And I told them that I couldn’t drive up there to get my food bc my car isn’t with me rn. not hating on the man on the phone because the convo was calm but the driver was lying about nobody being at the door and the lights being off.

Every time I order my food from dominos it is never ready at the pick up time I choose online. The customer service is awful! A couple of times I went there and only one cook was there. The lady always have attitude with me & my co worker. Every time I pay for my food the cook stares at us until we walk out of the store with a dirty look on her face . This place really need to close down if its going to be a bad every time someone try’s to order some food!

I eat at this location often as it is less than a mile from my home. I am aware that extreme weather causes delays and I am okay with that. After waiting two hours on a delivery I decided to pick it up myself. Still no problem with that. My problem came when the new"GM" asked me if I wanted to leave the delivery fee and tip on my order otherwise she would have to void my whole $75 order and ring it up again. After letting her know that all she had to do was refund the delivery fee and 10 tip back to my card and it was okay if she did not know how to do it, she became enraged. Thankfully a man came in from a delivery, I am assuming another manager and let her know she could refund it the next day. She still had an attitude, jammed a piece of paper in my hand to write down my phone number and walked away leaving me unattended and still without my order which had been ready for over an hour. I eventually received my food, from her, very rudely. I understand that working in fast food during a storm poses issues but I also understand being reasonable when you may not know how to do something and just admitting to that. Expressing that I could not speak to anyone if I called back the next day because " SHE WAS THE NEW GM" was a clear indication that a title does indeed go to some people's head. Leaders lead by example and she failed on this day. Food was overcooked and cold. 4 pizzas, brownies, lava cakes and parmesian bites.

Right when I went there inside, the older gentleman who greeted me was very welcoming and enthusiastic! He told jokes and really connected me with all of his staff. So I will definitely recommend this Domino's specifically! The food was also exactly what I ordered.
