Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner and apple pie drive thru. I paid for a 3 piece. Got home had 2 pieces of chicken and a strawberry pie . I called twice no answer. Pouring rain not going back to get order fixed.

It's Jack's, so it's always good. Unfortunately, as usual, it's on the main highway so it's always packed. Wait times can get a little out of hand.

Ok new review on jacks! Go there for breakfast every morning. Usually first in line at 5:00 am. The food is good and always satisfying and the tea has become a staple of my diet. But the staff well they have become friends to most of Leeds! Good people are hard to find, and easy to loose! Got to pay them what their worth is! Or watch them get snatched up by some other company. Good job !oh 1 star for atmosphere cause I don’t know I have ever been in

Asked for no onions…. Hey but they didn’t forget to get the up-sale to make my order a large.
Just went through and got a 3 pc chicken finger dinner - everything was great about the experience except when I went to open my plate I see the chicken… I literally the smallest pieces of chicken fingers I have ever gotten from jacks - one of the pieces doesn’t even have any meat barely it’s just straight up skin and batter… what a disappointing encounter..

I placed a breakfast special delivery via DoorDash to my Hotel, unfortunately Jack’s did not include any plastic eating utensils (fork, knife, spoon) in with the delivery. I also requested cream for the coffee and no crème was provided. I had to drive to a convenience store to purchase those items.
