Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner and apple pie drive thru. I paid for a 3 piece. Got home had 2 pieces of chicken and a strawberry pie . I called twice no answer. Pouring rain not going back to get order fixed.

Ok new review on jacks! Go there for breakfast every morning. Usually first in line at 5:00 am. The food is good and always satisfying and the tea has become a staple of my diet. But the staff well they have become friends to most of Leeds! Good people are hard to find, and easy to loose! Got to pay them what their worth is! Or watch them get snatched up by some other company. Good job !oh 1 star for atmosphere cause I don’t know I have ever been in

Just went through and got a 3 pc chicken finger dinner - everything was great about the experience except when I went to open my plate I see the chicken… I literally the smallest pieces of chicken fingers I have ever gotten from jacks - one of the pieces doesn’t even have any meat barely it’s just straight up skin and batter… what a disappointing encounter..

I placed a breakfast special delivery via DoorDash to my Hotel, unfortunately Jack’s did not include any plastic eating utensils (fork, knife, spoon) in with the delivery. I also requested cream for the coffee and no crème was provided. I had to drive to a convenience store to purchase those items.

Can’t do anything right never give you syrup for pancakes to go with on door dash order is always wrong when getting to go these people suck. I can understand things happen but when it’s every stinking time it means you have a quality problem. Fix it!!

Jacks has a great new special for the new year!! Effective at all jacks! Special a cup of water for 49 cents!!??! At this price ask for two!! I did ask them if they knew that Wendy's has a 2 for $3 breakfast special? Duh Wendy's water free and is included. I'll swap my 4 days a week eating at jacks for Wendy's now. Some people drink water cause have to limit sugar. Me I'm just to limit jacks instead! Feel FREE to limit jacks as well! No charge for doing so!!

Mobile order was ready when I arrived,and the food was hot and fresh. Only issue was watching the manager in charge fail to follow proper hygienic and sanitation procedures.
