I've been to several KFC locations over the years, but this one deserves a definite plus from me. The food was decent, though I do miss the potato wedges, which they've replaced with regular fries (not quite the same!).
What really stood out, though, is that they got my entire order correct. That may not sound like much, but for me, it's a big deal. At most KFCs I've visited, something is usually off, missing items, wrong sides, etc. and I often don't realize until I'm already home. But this location got everything right. Maybe it was just a one-off, but still, it's a rare win in my book.
Also, in general, I've found KFC's customer service to be solid. Even when mistakes happen, as long as you call in and keep your receipt, they're usually willing to make it right. That kind of attitude goes a long way.
Overall, this location impressed me more than others, and that’s worth noting.

The sign on the door says close at 10 PM, and I arrived at 9:35. Doors locked. No service. Great experience. And I went to Popeyes afterwards. Arrived at 9:45, 15 minutes before their closing time which is also at 10. And they are open. Maybe this two stores are in two different time zones.

Used the KFC app for the first time to order. Tracked my order and it said it was ready, I get to kfc and it was Not ready. Had to wait cause they had just dropped the chicken strips to fry.

Second time that my husband and I have attempted to eat at KFC recently. We’re the kind of people that like to sit inside and eat. BOTH times the lobby door has been locked with no sign. Last time around 5 and today at 6. Today there were two employees just sitting there looking as we got soaked from the rain and nothing. I mean soaked, torrential downpour. Hair, clothes and shoes making me look like I went swimming. Can’t tell if the reason why I never see anybody at KFC is because y’all pretend y’all are closed or if the food isn’t that good. Couldn’t tell ya since I have yet to eat there. Might as well fire everyone in there bc clearly they don’t want to work. S/O to Popeyes for the fast service, fresh food and good customer service.

Got 12 piece family meal. The chicken was awesome and the biscuits where awesome too and so was the mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw.. Totally different people working there now. At the Leeds KFC. Will definitely eat here a gain soon. 🤩
When I got home, part of my order was missing. When I called to tell the staff, no one answered at the KFC store. The chicken was soggy with grease.

We got our 8 pieces take out at around noon and when we got home the pieces looked like they came off of a baby chicken no meat on the pieces we received looked like left over at the in of the night. The taste was not good but not bad enough to not eat it will be a while before we go in there again

Had to wait 30 minutes inside for what manager said wuld be 4 minute chicken fingers while they filled drive thru orders with the same food. Complained to the manager and she was rude and said they were having "problems with their fryer". Fryer worked fine for the drive thru orders.... Her response to my complaints was she would remake all thee of my orders.....to correct your error you want me to wait even longer?
Larry is changing the culture of this location. We stopped going to this location because they were always out of food and the service was not top notch. However, tonight changed my mindset. Larry was welcoming and very concerned about ensuring we had a great experience. The food was hot & delicious! If you stopped visiting this location, please give them another try.

Since covid, this location dining room seems to NEVER be open. Literally every time I've stopped here to eat, the dining room is closed.
EVERY other KFC I've eaten at, the dining room is OPEN. Which means it's pathetic poor horrible management at THIS LOCATION
