I ordered a pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and red sauce. Handed a piece of pizza to the three other people in the van with me and didn't notice until I reached the crust that the workers just gave us a regular pepperoni with salt thrown on top of it. Turned around and drove back to the store and they refuse to give us our correct pizza we ordered because it wasn't a full complete pizza anymore and they can't resell just a half of a pizza.

1st thing wrong was selling an charging me the amount they charged
2nd thing wrong not making my order right
3rd thing wrong Is no one should be even thinking about reselling a pizza after a customer receive it left and came back with it.

The pizza was fine. The service was awful. No one else was in the store but I had to holler excuse me 3 times for anyone to acknowledge my presence. Will not be going back. There were 3 people in the back in the food prep area just talking while 1 person was getting a pizza out of the oven.

Slow, been waiting on two thin crust pizza.
Thirty minutes and counting

Everytime I go to the leeds location, they never have any pizzas made. It's always a 20 minute wait. What happened to the hot -N- ready? The girl at the window was not friendly at all. I will not be back.

Went to Leeds Al location and everything was amazing. The bread was cooked brown and was seasoned well. The girl at the window is awesome she was swamped and brought out every order 5 exact then mine. Great personality!! Don't get many who will smile and be happy at there job ty great experience been coming to a little Ceasars since I was 12 I'm 49 now. Best yet!!

They had to make two pizzas that were supposedly done. Then, it took over 10 minutes to get them. All they cared about was getting us to move out of the drive thru, no one was behind us, bc of a sensor on how long you have been sitting in the drive throw window. Also their food isn't that good.

Literally nothing is ever Hot and Ready here. This is the only Lil Caesars you can show up to at 12 o clock for lunch and they have no Lunch Combos ready. Its like if you dont wanna be working here, you don't have to. Just get out of everyone's way and stay home.

Takes over 15min for 1 item even when it's listed on the hot n ready menu. Order online or be prepared to wait. Once a good location for quick pizza but going downhill fast. I will not be returning in the near future.
