The gentleman who served us couldn't have been nicer. The caramel matcha coffee and the strawberry milk teas we got were beautifully put together and tasted delicious. I highly recommend this little place in the food court of the outlet mall. 5 stars!

Everything I have had here has been excellent. The gentleman (little chinese guy?) that owns the shop is the nicest guy ever, and the staff are always happy and friendly too. My faves: Taro Boba, Passion Fruit smoothie, and Caramel Latte. Don't miss out on this little gem in the Food Court at Grand River Outlet Mall!!

Very very bad customer service from thi guy at counter and he is very Rude and bad attitude and you guys lost business more ! I used to get boba drink before but this location is worst at Leeds outate mall Birmingham Alabama.

I ordered a cappuccino, and they gave me drip coffee, milk, and whipped cream. They were out of espresso and didn’t even tell me. We asked for a refund, and they didn’t give me one.
