I placed an online order 2 hours in advance for a small party at my house. When I arrived to get the order I was informed that they couldnt make my order because they were out of dough.....then asked if I just wanted to cancel my order.....like I had an option.....if someone had reached out I could have made other plans luckily Papa John's down the street bailed me out. This isnt the first time I have had issues at this location. Pizza Hut made it easy for me to start ordering from Papa John's from now on.

Food is good. The service in the restaurant is decent only because they never have enough help (but they are working like dogs and trying to take care of everyone).

But for the love of god can you update your app so it doesn’t say an order will be ready in 20 minutes and then you show up and are told it will be over an hour?!?!?

Dominos at least shows realistic times for carry out. As a consumer I completely understand being busy and short staffed, but the customer needs to be informed correctly so that they can make the decision of whether or not they want to wait BEFORE they wait 20 minutes to pick the order up. Shame on Pizza Hut for not fixing their mess.

My Order was done at 5:15 I was at the store waiting on it.. tell me why I didn’t receive my order until 5:48? The drive thru line is absolutely pointless! Why do you only have one person working in the front? Running the front and the drive thru window.

Falsely advertising their hours ,there’s a lady who’s name I’ve never gotten always claiming that they are always understaffed, well store wouldn’t be so understaffed if the new manager that always has an attitude hadn’t fired all the employees so she could give her self a bigger pay raise , and I know this because just a few months earlier in the year store was under different management and had plenty of employees it saddens me to say this but looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere until I can make a special trip over the Chelsea location which I know will give me good customer service because the Leeds location has only been open a year and already it’s headed down hill faster then you can say I’d like one large pizza please

This is exactly what we needed in the Leeds/Moody area. Their pizza and wings are the absolute best. The wings can compete with any of the wing joints in and around town. I hated when they closed down on the Moody side. Everyone here is courteous and friendly and do their best to accomodate customers. They stay busy and deserve mad props for getting orders executed even while short staffed a lot of times. Some of these reviews are so critical. People have no idea how hard it is to run a restaurant or that sometimes, things happen and people make mistakes. Everyone deserves grace and a 2nd chance. Not going back to a restaurant because of one bad experience is crazy. Cooking your own food at home doesn't always come out how you expect it to. Overall this store is a 10 out of 10 to me. Food is always hot and delicious, service is great and the employees are wonderful. I pray it stays open in our area for more than the next 50 years. Papa Johns and Domino's just doesn't cut it.

I came here yesterday to get my pepperoni pizza. I specifically didn’t ask for ham but guess what! I got ham. I’m deathly allergic to ham. Not only that I found a roach in my pizza. I was very and grossed out and disappointed. 1/5 would never come here again. The women who served was white and on the bigger size with a ponytail and red lipstick. You can clearly know who I’m talking about because she’s the only big one there.

Foos is good. Service sucks and they take forever to make a simple pizza. It’s never walk in and pick your food up, even though you waited the allotted time. it’s always a long wait.

The people are nice but the food is GARBAGE. I've never been to a pizza Hut that was nasty. I went when it first opened and I wasn't impressed at all. The pizza and wings all taste like they're from the frozen section of a grocery store. Do not recommend.

Ordered online for pickup. I gave them an hour and a half. Pizzas were not ready when I arrived. After 10 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time I was told they had to remake two of my pizzas because they stuck. I was offered no compensation for my time or trouble. 3rd time Pizza Hut has tried to service this community. Not going to make it like this.

I'm not sure why I keep going back here except pure laziness. It's on my way home from the hospital and it's just easy. Lesson learned though, no more. Paid for extra cheese and mushrooms. Wasn't a single mushroom in site and cheese was minimal. The carmalized onions were not carmalized, they along with green peppers were raw and crunchy. No nice and brown googy cheese. I'd say do better but, this seems to be their highest level.

My pizza was missing the green peppers amd was on a thin crust my deep dish looked like a handtossed. Cinnisticks so greasy not fit to eat. Call to complain get hing up on 2 times go to the store and gonna give me a $10 credit spent 36 bucks. Saying it was half eaten when 1 pizza was missing 1 slice the other 2 slices that's because I have teenage kids. .
