What is going on with our Sonic? I got a chili cheese dog and it was upside down in the container. Don’t ask for extra onion because I paid an extra dollar for 5 pieces of onion. I don’t know if they’re under new management or if they have employees that just don’t care. Somebody from corporate needs to step in and pay attention to this Sonic.

The food is great when you can actually get what you ordered, I ordered a chilli cheese tot and chilli cheese frito wrap and got French toast sticks and can’t replace them cause nobody answered the phone.

We placed an order thru the app. The food was correct but the shakes were not. I told the car hop and she said she'd be right back. After 30 minutes I pushed the button and asked about the rest of our stuff, poor guy didn't know anything about it. Finally got the shakes but the food was cold. Thanks.

Co worker went to get us lunch today. He placed the order and took forever to get the food. When he got back it was all cold. I called and asked for the manager and he told me he made it and it was hot. When I explained to him it wasn't he started arguing with me. He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have time for this and I told him you had time to take my money and hand out cold food. When I asked again if he was the manager he said yes. I asked him if he was the GM, assistant, or shift manager he hung up in my face. I will never go to this one again and recommend you visit any place but this one. If the district manager reads this you might want to make some changes starting with how to treat your customers!!!??

If I could give 0* I would the lady working the drive kept yelling at me and then when I would ask a question she would yelling louder! Nah I'm not eating somewhere like that.

Get in the drive-thru and sit at the speaker for 15 minutes. At 7:11 they ask if we are ordering food. I say yes. They say we're not taking anymore food orders and take off their headset. They close at 10. Worst customer service ever!!

Sign says they open at 7, drove around to the drive thru multiple times after 8, no one would ever acknowledge I was there. No other customers there other than a lady waiting on an online order that had been there forever in one of the stalls. No lights on within the building yet there were 2 cars where employee parking is. No answer to any of the buttons on the stalls. Horrible establishment. Have nothing but issues every time I have ever went, try giving them multiple chances, I’m done doing that. Will never return again, and I advise the same to anyone else suggesting this place. It is a complete joke, and majority of the time the staff is super rude. I’m not one to do these reviews, but I’m trying to look out for everyone else.
