So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices. I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle

The food and store is consistent with the Taco Bell brand. However, I don't like the fact that I am encouraged to enter my order on a kiosk. It is easier and quicker for an employee to take my order in person.

My job requires me to travel through the majority of the state. This location is easily in my top 3 of all of the Taco Bells from Ft.Payne to Tuscaloosa. They never cease to surprise me! Today, my food came so quick during lunch rush. The staff is always polite, and professional. 10/10 will always come here when I'm near Birmingham! Oh! I got the Cantina chicken bowl with a small nachos and a large Baja Blast ❤️ (update: I just went through the reviews, and I don't understand why all the bad reviews? I've been going here at least twice a week for at least 6 months? And I've never had an issue?)

Easily the worst Taco Bell ever. Nothing is ever right quite literally every time I order. When I call the store to talk to them about it they just give me an attitude the whole time.
Ordered through the drive through. Food came all jumbled up in the bag. Chips were cracked and at the bottom of the bag as well. Food was ok.

First, I LOVE Taco Bell. Service was good and the drive thru line moved significantly faster than I had expected. The only problem with this visit was, I ordered two soft taco supremes and when they gave them to me, they were the size of a No. 2 pencil.
I did order a bean burrito, no sauce, extra beans and sour cream, and it was perfect.
Would have given this 5 out of 5 if the soft tacos weren't small enough to write with.
