We ordered 3 Combos and my husband had a cold hamburger and my daughter had half cooked chicken. The manager cooking has hair pin back and no hat or hair net. Service could use some improvement. Have to say worst experience I have ever had at Wendy’s.

Food always takes forever. Never get what I ordered. Missing a sandwich and 3 frosty . This happens every single time. Never get what I order.

Just picked up a mobile order and not a single item was correct. Mushroom burgers that were ordered online are not available in store. I was asked if it was fine to just add bacon to them only for them to add some burnt crumbs of bacon to them to make up the difference. 2 kids' meals, both with apples ordered, got fries instead. And to top it off the Thin Mint Frostys were ordered with Vanilla only to be told that vanilla wasn't working or available.

I ordered online at least 5 minutes before I got there. I pulled up and gave him my name and said I had a mobile order and they said fine pull around. I pulled around to the window right away was asked to pull up. There was no one in front of us, no one behind us and from what we could tell there were no customers inside. We sat there and waited for over 5 minutes for our food.

My family and I stopped here after church today. We waited a long time for our order, and when we finally did get it our burgers were dry and the fries tasted undercooked. To top it all off, there was a young man with long hair working there who wore his hair down (a MAJOR health code violation). We love Wendy's but it's going to be a LONG time before we even think about coming back to the Moody store.

Ok swore off Wendy years ago from a bad experience! Walked in and was met with no one had showed up to work! The “team” proceeded to build me one of the best hamburgers I’ve eaten in a long time, short handed may be the way to go. And shout out to the cashier with glasses ( and a cutie, young bucks need to head to Wendy’s) she tirelessly looked for me some salt, didn’t find it but again it was a fantastic burger and experience! Customer again!

Awful service Awful food... could not get my order right..ordered a single burger with nothing on it, they kept giving we a single with everything...I gave up after taking it back three times...and the place was nasty! If I could give this place a minus 0, I would! AWFUL!
