I ordered online at least 5 minutes before I got there. I pulled up and gave him my name and said I had a mobile order and they said fine pull around. I pulled around to the window right away was asked to pull up. There was no one in front of us, no one behind us and from what we could tell there were no customers inside. We sat there and waited for over 5 minutes for our food.

Ok swore off Wendy years ago from a bad experience! Walked in and was met with no one had showed up to work! The “team” proceeded to build me one of the best hamburgers I’ve eaten in a long time, short handed may be the way to go. And shout out to the cashier with glasses ( and a cutie, young bucks need to head to Wendy’s) she tirelessly looked for me some salt, didn’t find it but again it was a fantastic burger and experience! Customer again!

Honestly it could be better.
Pros: frosties are delicious, the sauces and anything chicken seems to taste good. The people at the window were nice
Cons: they refused to make me a frosty after 8pm because they had to clean the machine. Are they becoming McDonalds? The service was so so slow. I waited 30 min for a frosty and there was not a big line. I waited at the pick up window when I saw one girl doing drive thru orders and filling them. 2 other people...
