They take 10 min to take my order.. 18 more min. To get my order.... on time im there the person ho bring food trow food over the table.. some food of tray.. aand some employes just walking around.. bad service

Budget Friendly Babe

Wanted to try something different so I went to check out Whataburger. The cashier in the afternoon at the drive thru was rude and unwelcoming. She acted as if my ordering food bothered her. God forbid I asked for a cup holder then she just starred and looked at me as if I asked for the cash in the register and refused to place my drinks in the holder and said they dont allow that because the drinks might fall as she stuck the entire card reader out the window for me to swipe my card. McDonald's has no problem putting large cups in the holders. I won't be coming back.

There was an ongoing physical altercation between an employee and customer while I was in the car. Total time from ordering to receiving food was around 20 minutes, food was mostly warm, some items cold.

The customer service is very poor. It appears the drive thru is more important than anything. No communication with customers waiting inside for food.
Managers should be visible and ensure the employees are doing what needs to be done to get orders processed timely and accurate.
I used to live in Texas and this was the best place to eat fresh food with great customer service.
Orders do not appear to be done correctly either.
Customer came in from the drive thru with wrong food given to them.
Maybe you should have secret shoppers or customers to review often.
Drive thru customers being requested to pull up.
We waited almost 30 minutes for our order and it wasn't even hot.

The quality of the food is diminishing. A bit sloppy and thrown together. The shake was too sweet. It was just syrup and vanilla ice cream. The cashier was friendly but not very knowledgeable.

While eating here, I overheard several employees talking down to another being disgustingly rude. The male working the front who I'll just call "O" was incredibly helpful and polite but his co workers (especially the female with blonde hair and glasses) were just terrible and loud. I appreciate the service from O but would never come back because of the others.

My first burger there was great. Dining inside is very slow. Nice people, just slow. Didn't enjoy the spicy burger. I'll stick to the Classic Whataburger with cheese from now on.

The floor was super slippery. I was very worried when my father was walking around in the dining room. Sure they had wet floor signs, but they used too much soap in their mop bucket. I slipped myself a few times.
I don’t like what a burger fries. They taste like Styrofoam. If there were a burger king or a 7th Street burger next door, I would have been eating there.
