We arrived 15 minutes before they were closing, they made sure we left with dinner for two. They made ribs for us for pick up the following day at 1.00pm. They had them ready for us when we arrived. Food was above +++++ very good, service was fantastic. Melted in your mouth tender. Thank you very much.

We paid several hundred dollars upfront for a funeral lunch. The agreement? They deliver and set up by 2:30 PM. The reality? They heroically informed us the day before that they took another order, so delivery was no longer an option. No apology, no refund — just “come get it yourself.”
When we arrived? The order wasn’t ready. Food was missing. The banana pudding? Basically banana soup — completely inedible. And the grand finale? The tea, proudly served in repurposed mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce containers. Spoiler: the tea tasted exactly like Worcestershire sauce.
No apology. No accountability. No effort to make it right. Just bad service, bad attitudes, and condiment-flavored beverages.
