Convenient that both fryers are down at lunch time ...waste of time stopping plus paper is always out at Pilot stations they almost as bad as flying j
A complete, all in one disgusting experience. I'll never stop here again the food should have been thrown in the trash before they served it. Never again.

Wow! New management and employees! Super friendly and clean! Love that they are now open 24 hours! What a change! I give them 20 out of 10. Food was fresh, hot and fast! I’ll be coming here for lunch EVERY DAY!

good guys, the food is also delicious, I ordered a deluxe burger and regular fries, but they put something different on it, but when I told them, they immediately changed it to the one I wanted, they didn't even look for an excuse👍

I got 3 roast beef burgers and when I got them home for my family they tasted weird and when you smelled it it smelled like tuna, they won’t answer the phone or anything they also proceeded to not salt the fries

Today my order was taken around 11 a.m. with no line. Only 2 sandwiches. After seeing 4 others behind me receive there order before mine and 10 minutes, I realized they must have forgotten me. I then took my receipt to the pickup counter and gave it to the employee explaining my order was forgotten. She apologized and took the receipt. I assumed the circumstance would be resolved. I was wrong. After another 15 minutes I went to the cashiers counter and requested my cars be refunded because I wasn't served, twice. I waited yet again seated until I approached again and demanded to be refunded immediately. At that point I was given my amount but in cash instead and a pathetic apology. I have never been gaslit and embarrassed publicly like this before. My coworkers enjoyed there meal as I was made to beg for something promised and paid for. I can't believe this is business has remained open with ethics like this.

Here's the joke of the day! Was told very rudely when I tried to order that Arby's is out of roast beef. Even if so, the attitude of the two young men at the counter was uncalled for.

I sure wish I could post pictures of this sandwich! I paid $8 for 2 roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches and this is what I got....2 thin slices of turkey, one thin slice of cheese and one thin piece of lettuce, and they forgot my bacon. With the meat cheese and lettuce it's barely a 16th of an inch thick! One slice of bread is thicker than the meat, cheese and lettuce! So basically I paid $8 for a bread sandwich! Arby's is out of control with their portions and their prices, as well as many other fast food restaurants. I will not be coming back to this establishment again. I've gone to other Arby's at Pilots and Loves truckstops and my meat, cheese and lettuce was thicker than my bread!

Fast food is dead. We got two classic roast beefs because we thought surly they can't screw that up but we were wrong. The bun was not an Arby's bun it was a store bought hamburger bun and was on the stale side at that. After getting bad meals at all different fast food joints I'm gonna start bringing my lunch. It's not worth the money which is sad because a roast beef only costs 2 for 6. Save you money and get a bag of chips,you'll be happier.

I had an issue with an order and corporate sent me 2 "make it right" cards. I come to this Arby's 2 to 3 times a week when I fuel up at the pilot. I used one of my "make it right" cards here with no issue. This 1 star review is soley for Kristina who claimed she was the Manager at 7pm on Friday Sept 13. She told my husband that they did not accept the " Make it right" cards from corporate. He asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager. When he told her that the 1st one was accepted here already, she rebutted "well were they a manager?" He said he didn't know. She said well she doesn't know how to do it. That is unacceptable for a manager to not know how to input a " Make it right" card from corporate. I've only had 1 issue at this Arby's before this and that was swiftly rectified. Every time I come in my food is fresh and staff is pleasant and diligent. I've never seen Kristina on duty, but she needs to be retrained on the POS system and customer service in general. I will be reaching out to the corporate office. Kristina is a terrible addition to this Arby's, she really brings down the quality of service and hinders the pleasant interactions that they use to provide. I was literally here Tuesday but left the make it right card in my other purse, but even then my interaction was pleasant as usual. I'm perplexed on why Kristina was made a Manager without the proper training. Just a bad look Arby's. Again this 1 star is solely for Kristina, every other employee I've interacted with was always 5 stars. Such a shame.

Ordered two Buffalo burgers. Both cold. The dispenser for the sauces (ketchup etc) was broken or empty. However there were no sauces available. Most of the drinks in the fountain were not available.

The last 4 times I have been there, they have been out of major food items. This time it was the Greek gyro, last time it was brisket and the 2 times before that it was roast beef. A roast beef restaurant without roast beef should just close. Pitiful service and bad attitude at the drive in order point did not help one bit either. I will go to Oxford or Pell City from now on.
