I ordered shrimp & sausage gumbo. There was zero shrimp in the gumbo. I also ordered a house salad. It was brown lettuce with 3 pitiful pieces of onion so thin it wasn’t edible. This is a Saturday night order to go. We’ve always enjoyed Rick’s Crossroads food. We pay a premium price for premium food but instead we were served the junk left over in the kitchen. We will not be back.

Great place to eat and we love the staff. They have the best ribeye I've ever had (make sure you get the dirt seasoning). I've never had a bad dish here and we've been coming for years. If you haven't been, come try it out.

We have been eating here for several years now and love the place. I've never had a bad dish and the staff is always friendly. I recommend the steak, catfish, cajun alfredo, and their cajun shrimp. Best in town. If you haven't been here, come try it out.

I hate to give a bad review when the food was good. But....the cigarette smell inside is horrible we tried to figure why is it so strong. Is it the ventilation or maybe the employees smoke and it's in their clothes. Maybe the walls need to be wiped down. It's so bad we probably won't come back. This was the second time we have been in 6 months. We would love to come more often because it is convenient location but I don't want to smell cigarettes while I'm eating. Hopefully this helps

We met here for dinner with a large group of friends. Lots of good menu options and the food was terrific! Service was fast and friendly!
Ok little diner. Service was great but overall slow. Our dinner took over 1.5 hours to complete. Prime rib was ok but the garlic mashed potatoes seemed like they came from a box. BBQ shrimp was great, bit was more of a spiced scampi than barbeque.
Service is rude,mean,and very disrespectful. I don’t know why I went to eat there but it was close so i did and this little girl gave me the most disgusted look and proceeded to stare at me with that same look it was not a customer so I don’t know what she was doing there.
