I order nachos on the app 10 mins ago and got a notification 8 minutes ago that they were ready. They still haven't brought them to the counter. We haven't seen an employee since we got here. Stop understaffing and maybe start acknowledging the customers trying to get the food they paid for so they can go back to their jobs in time. For bucks sake, every location you go to does this shit

Kiosk order taking only. Incorrectly gave us our order, leaving many purchased items out of our order. REFUSED to look at customer which required me to get pissy just to get someone's attention. How difficult is it to follow the kiosk created order? I mean, it's literally right in front of their face. Terrible attitudes, and that goes along with incompetent management. So, I'll drive my happy butt to a different location that actually gives a hoot about the work produced. With any luck, this Taco Bell will either get their act together
, or go out of business. The owner obviously doesn't care, or would be on top of the reviews and poor management.

People very rude, cashier was more worried about her phone and into her phone to take order, the lady that did FINALLY take our order was rude and they couldn't get their shut together , worst place EVER!!!!!

We got 6 tacos, a cheesy roll up, 2 Baja freezes, 2 Nacho fries and a Baja blast… with that being said we received 4 EMPTY TACOS YES EMPTY all that was inside was lettuce!! No cheesy roll up! And no freezes said they could only give us a regular fountain drink which is $2 cheaper than the freezes wouldn’t refund the difference and hung up when I called asking if they could make them right and wouldn’t answer any other call Til I called on my moms phone and hung up there too. This place needs to be shut down at this point this is the 2nd time this has happened and they were completely careless… don’t go here unless you wanna waste your money and be extremely disappointed. Complete bull crap of a place. If I could give it zero I would.

Terrible service. I got a taco with meat and cheese only and this is how much actual food they gave me. For on all bread burrito and one all bread taco and a medium drink it was 16 bucks. I hate this world.

The workers at this Taco Bell seem nice and helpful. However, I hope that they can review the difference between Supreme style and Fresco style. Supreme adds pico and sour cream to an item, while Fresco style replaces all dairy in an item with pico. My husband and I are both dairy-free and ordered fresco style, only to find that all three of our burritos contained sour cream. It was pretty upsetting and we didn't end up eating our burritos. Please just review this so that you don't make this mistake for others' orders!

Check you bag. I don't know how you confuse the word crunchy with the word soft but apparently it's possible. Not hating on the minimum wage employees but do your own due diligence to make sure the order is correct because it's probable that nobody else will.

This Taco Bell here in Lincoln is a disgrace. Everytime we stop here there is no one inside or drive thru and it still takes 30-40 mins to get food out. This isn’t a 5 star restaurant. I always ordered extra steak on our items and pay for it but we don’t even get what is usually supposed to be on it. I sat here and watched this kid make our food he started on one luxe box the food been sitting in one box for over 15 mins getting cold. He grab a little pinch of cheese then threw 85 percent of it back 2-3 small pieces of cheese is all that comes on a taco or chalupa now? I’m confused I understand food cost is up but why cheat ur customers. I try not to ever come to this location and I haven’t been in months and came today bc it’s closer than Oxford one which is amazing by the way in all aspects. And it’s the same stuff I dealt with 6 months ago. I will never come back I’ll drive the extra 5-10 mins

Taco Bell Lincoln is a disgrace. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with no sour cream. I guess by saying sour cream they thought ground beef, because there was almost no beef on the whole thing.
