I'd give zero stars if possible. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Food is not even warm. It took over 10 minutes for a few tacos. Place wasn't very clean and staff was not friendly. I will not return.

My order is not hard, but when they got it wrong, I tried to let them know and they just ignored me. Once I finally got their attention, they treated me like it was my fault. Horrible customer service.

I have eaten here several times. I had hoped the lack of quality in the food was due to shorthanded staff... etc. If you edit how you want your food, dont expect it to be correct. Chalupas are supposed to be fried and a little crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. It seems they are warming them raw and then serving. Twice they had a strange color and were chewy. As well as wilted lettuce when i ordered the chalupas. Eww. And if you order anything as it comes, it's likely to be colder than one would want. Sadly, this is the closest one to me, and I won't be giving them another try.

They really really really need to fix the air conditioner and every time I’ve been inside over the last month they are playing LOUD church music to the point where u can’t even really talk to the person next to u if u are in the corner. So if that can b turned down or off that would b great

This is the absolute slowest restaurant in Lincoln. Drive Through and in restaurant. You will be waiting an average of 15 minutes on some mid food. I've been here a few times to give it a chance but the surrounding areas even when there's a line will get you in and out faster than here.

At the drive through I asked for a three piece mixed chicken dinner. I got what looked like a quail thigh and two legs. I went back to get a refund. I was charged immediately upon purchase. They’re telling me now it can take 7 days to process my refund. RIDICULOUS! This location is the worst fast food restaurant in America. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. I’m done trying this place.
I give it no stars cause they are a lier and very rude. I Googled the hours and it said they close at 12am and I get to the window at 10pm and she said they are closed. And every light was on and there was people in the lobby. And got very rude. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The food was okay, and it came in a timely manner. However they left out several items that me and my family ordered. They did the same thing with several other customers as well. So I highly recommend you double check your bag to make sure your order is correct! The inside tables were disgusting and needed to be wiped down.
