I went in yesterday when I got off and I was told there was no more to go plates so I shrugged it off but what I ordered was hash browns and they had mushrooms and cheese but it was cold like it touched the grill for 10 secs. Today I ordered the same thing maybe it was a fluke well I ordered it again and this time they had plates so I drove home I open the container and there was a price of blonde hair im mixed with black hair believe me when I say this because I also tipped them i will never eat here again.

April 13, 2025 at 5 o' clock this morning food was undercooked, eggs runny, grits lumpy, & cold. Coffee was cold & grits were cold & lumpy. To keep from being stereotyped or profiled we took the bias & under appreciated behavior. We did not dine in at that time of morning to be de-valued or disregarded as un-important customers.

Everyone there was good except remy. she had horrible service looked like she was on crack with her crack out. she would not service our table and was horrible she was rude and was to busy sitting down to get up and take the few seconds to take our order.

Our server Remy refused to serve our table, and was unable to cover her backside. We were forced to wait an extra 25 minutes to order because she refused to serve us until the next shift. Very disappointed with my experience.
Our waitress was friendly but the restaurant was dirty. I am not sure how our food was $27, a small bowl of cheese grits and an order of bacon and some toast, my BF had a waffle with chocolate chip and pecans and a hash brown with jalapenos. Has we not gotten our order to go I would have sent the food back. The grits were almost too lumpy to eat, I ordered bacon cooked crispy and it wasn't, the jalapenos in my BF hashbrowns tasted ruined. It was not a good experience at that waffle house

Horrible experience. Portions are very small. I have been to multiple Waffle Houses so I know how the portions are supposed to be. Big chubby dude had an attitude. We paid for a large bowl & they tried to give us a cup.

Set there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. The man that took the order passed it off to a woman who had absolutely no clue what she was doing. After 17 minutes of waiting on someone to take our food order we got fed up and left. They were not super busy and had multiple employees in the back room doing what appeared as absolutely nothing. The table and menus were sticky. Tried to charge us for water. I was nice and paid for the 3 drinks I should have just left!
