Bad service, terrible customer service... I ordered 10 chicken strips and they charged me almost $30 for ten chicken strips. And the Happy Meal only came with 4 wings, 4 drumsticks, 2 breasts, mashed potatoes, and green beans...

I stopped by jacks in Linden atb5:30 today. The floor was so slick I couldn’t hardly stand on it. It was so dirty. Trash on the floors, not just behind the counter. It was even trash in the dining area. There were 2 young ladies trying to ring up a customer. One young man frying food in the back was offering to redrop something for a customer standing at the counter who was….not fully dressed. She seemed to be ummm, never mind. I 10/10 don’t recommend stopping here. Needless to say I didn’t stay to order. I had stopped here a few months ago and it was so much nicer.

Was there sit in line 15 minutes. Got to windows, gave my payment, ask for a cup of ice, was informed I to go back around, even though I had to wait for them to get the rest of my order together, I asked for refund the RUDE ARROGANT PERSON TURNED HER BACK ,I said you hear me and she shoved a bag out the windows, with all this i could have gotten a cup of ice........I gave called the manager in the past and NOTHING GETS ANY BETTER......THAT BUILDING WOULD BE BETTER OFF AS ANYTHING BUT A JACKS.....

They offer some decent burgers, but nothing that particularly sets them apart from other fast food options. However, their summer peach shake was exceptionally delicious and definitely worth trying.

There were 6 employees behind the counter, and only one girl working. She took our order, she was also working the drive-thru. She was running the food out to the cars. This girl was working hard while everyone else stood around yelling and laughing like it was a great party. On a good note, the sweet tea is delicious. My sandwich was cold, and had 6 long strips of bacon bunched together in the middle of the bread. This was my first experience at Jack's, and I'm not sure I'll be going back.
