Went into subway for the first time in a while. Met with a solid No when I told them I had a coupon.They had three sandwiches they would allow the coupon to be used for. Ham ,tuna, and one more generic sandwich you could make at home. We left and took our business to another locla owned business in Lineville. We won't be back.

We ordered our food online and my husband and son received their orders (mostly). Unfortunately with mine they drowned my sub in mayo and I didn't not mark and condiment at all. And we all marked toasted and not 1 of them was toasted. I could not even remotely eat my food.

The new owners are absolutely horrible. I took a very important client there for a business lunch and one of the men working behind the counter started a huge argument with my client because the client could not understand the workers barely comprehensive English. The worker was extremely rude and I will NEVER be going back to this location. I rarely write bad reviews but this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!

I used to love subway in lineville, but as soon as some new owners bought it, it has went downhill. Mold has been found on the food, this man in there will argue with the customers (i’m guessing he’s the manager) and he was also heard calling these teenagers stupid or idiots and cussing at them. Do better Clay co.

Used to like going here. Was told they don’t take coupons for some sandwiches that they always used to, also they did not have (or understand) when I asked for yellow cheese. I agree about needing employees that speak more English.

The service was very difficult. The employees could barely understand or speak English. It was taking three employees to get one order at a time. Very slow process. Need to have English speaking employees to serve the customers. Sign on the door said new management. I don't expect this to last very long in Lineville.
I got a Meatball sub and it was Perfect. Always have the best sandwiches here. Everyone is super nice and friendly.

When I walked in, there were two people ahead of me in line. One person was running the cash register. One person was making sandwiches. The third person was busy cleaning. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to get a pretzel. It was a foot-long pretzel. It was absolutely delicious, poor customer service finally, the cruel stopped cleaning and the other woman that was running the register went to the back. I’m not real sure why she went to the back. We had to wait to pay.

I ordered my food at 12:20. They said it would be done at 12:45 it is now 1:35 and still no food. I have been here since 12:50 since it usually take them a minute to get the online orders done.It is now 1:50 and I just got my food.

They gave us a broken bag, and when we tried to pick them up, it just broke more. Again, it happened with another bag. They need to get at least new bags.

I went with my husband and we waited in line there was one doing everything. She eventually called someone to help which took a minute and when she started put the meat on my sandwich and her phone started to ring and so another worker answered it and eventually both walk away to talk. I normally have no issues with waiting but thats just crazy.
