Ive been in livingston since 85. Only people passing thru eat there. Shut this place down!!! Bk corporate would if they only knew. Owner if public known would hang his head in shame. Please bk, state, city, or owner. Shut the doors!!!!

Was there 1/4/26 at noon. The lady ringing us up rung up the exact opposite of what we requested and was reluctant to give us the receipt. We spoke with the other lady bagging orders so the kitchen could make our order correctly. Kitchen staff was expressing annoyance over having to remake orders. My suggestion for this store is to drop their dead weight.

I almost called the police!!! Two young women were ringing up orders with their phone instead of the cash register.. I ordered 3 $8 meals and the young woman named, Monique(I think) tells me it’s $42!!! It was after 12am, very late. The woman got angry and yelled expletives telling me she “hates when people try to be too smart” I asked the manager what the store # was and she looked regretful (10800) if that’s Livingston, AL Burger King. The people working nights are SCAMMING and they’re not very good at. 👎🏿

i went in on my break today and love the new workers today my first time seeing the new faces and they was much better than the crew i used to see the store was clean the bathrooms were very clean my food was made bagged fast i will be coming back on my break and will recommand my coworkers and let me know its A GREAT STAFF!!!!!

i came through drive thru the young lady was very nice she upsize she asked will i like to round my change for the bk foundation i did and my food was hot made correctly when i recieved it and i didnt have to wait for it i will be back

i was very pleased with my order and greeted with a big smile from the manager keisha i asked her can she make me a burrito with only veggies and other and it was made exactly how i asked that made my day because if i would of went somewhere else they would of looked at me crazy saying they cant make it but thanks to keisha and her team making a perfect burrito for me will most definetly back to visit

Poor service, no ice, drinks are all flat. Employees are walking around slowly complaining about how busy it is. This is in a college town on a football game night. Will not be back, would highly recommend not stopping here.
No matter what you order, they make you pull up and wait EVERY TIME! Thekids that they have hired, care nothing about good customer service, and often keep you waiting before even taking your order.
