Dandy Don's has been around for a long time now. I was eating there back in late 80's the burger was excellent then and excellent now in 2020. Don't let the appearance fool you. If you are in Livingston Al you have to eat there.

It is a convenient short order restaurant. It doesn't have any street appeal and looks rough inside. But, the food is good and doesn't cost much.

This place surprised us. Passing through town we looked on Maps for highly rated restaurants and Dandy Don's was one of the top rated locales. Tired of franchise fast food, we took a chance and I am glad we did.

Seriously this place is a dive. We were a little skeptical about eating here but people were in and out picking up orders the whole time we were there. We ordered burgers and chicken fingers and they were great. It's also a little hard to find. When you see Husqvarna and Stihl signs...just turn into the parking lot to the right side of that building and it will be in the back.
