Jack's is newish in my area. Over the past few years I've been to about five different Jacks. This one is hands down the best. I often get breakfast before work and it's so quick. Even if the line is long it takes minutes to get your food and be on your way. I also cannot remember a single time my order was wrong.
Finally, the food is so good. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy. I got some at the local bakery (where they're home made) and McDonald's so I could compare them. Jacks was my favorite of the three.
When I heard Hardee's had closed I was really disappointed. That was for nothing, because Jacks is much better.

I love Jack's food, especially the milkshakes made from real ice cream. The chicken was tender and the fries were tasty. I wish there were locations in St. Louis, MO. My wife says they are only in 3 states (AL, MS, & GA).

Very rude service. Thw lady taking orders was so rude like we was a bother to her. If I could give a zero i would. We came in May 23rd at 6:45-6:50 pm so maybe yall can see who was the cashier that day an time since they don't wear name tags

Wait in drive through for 20 minutes get my order and drive away only to discover that my milkshake is half a milk shake. The cup was half full. Real winners, not even worth going back.
