I love Jack's food, especially the milkshakes made from real ice cream. The chicken was tender and the fries were tasty. I wish there were locations in St. Louis, MO. My wife says they are only in 3 states (AL, MS, & GA).

Very rude service. Thw lady taking orders was so rude like we was a bother to her. If I could give a zero i would. We came in May 23rd at 6:45-6:50 pm so maybe yall can see who was the cashier that day an time since they don't wear name tags

Wait in drive through for 20 minutes get my order and drive away only to discover that my milkshake is half a milk shake. The cup was half full. Real winners, not even worth going back.

Just bad service! We drove up to the drive through and we were greeted with complete rudeness or in other words just a bad attitude. I love some jacks but that is just not a way to talk to your customers. Just totally turned me away from this location. We decided to drive off and get food elsewhere. A place who doesn’t value their customers and don’t want to value kindness, I’d much rather go elsewhere.
