Food quality sucks, and it's on several occasions (It depends on who's working that day). The burgers had little to no flavor, and the French fries had no salt on them at all. I live about 15 minutes away, I'm tired of having to drive back up there cause of the poor food quality or them messing up the order and they never answer the phone when you call. If things don't get resolved soon, I'm done . I'll take my money somewhere else...

If I could give one star I 100% would. We are from
Out of town, but I was born and raised in Livingston. We stopped here because my kids were starving before going shopping. We started our order in the drive thru and they were extremely rude. I thought ok, its a busy rush, I get it. After ordering they asked to pull forward. Which we did, and waiting about 15 minutes. The lady brought our food out, asked if we ordered 2 sausage biscuits I said yes but we had more than that. She rambled off more of the order and my husband that's us. She threw the bag in to the drivers window at my husband. He almost dropped the food. I was like wow how rude are you. We open the bag and were missing part of our order.

I will never eat here again. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. Rude when we ordered and even worse when we got our food. I would never suggest this place to anyone. Drive into town a little bit more and go to Burger King!

The service would have had to get a lot better just to be able to say it sucked. The girls seemed to be playing mess-about or something and pawned the guy off to wait on us, but was lost as a goose to anything going on. So he got the brunt of some bad attitudes in return.

The woman at the counter was very rude and racist to me just because I don't speak English very well. This has happened to me several times.

Kiosk #8 is broken and they didn’t receive my order from that machine, so waited about an hour for food. I would have showed them the receipt earlier, however it didn’t print, nor did the other ones. Luckily, I used the app so was able to show my purchase.

They were extremely busy but the lady at the front was nice, and assisted me in every way she could, however seemed lost by all of the situation. The other lady’s that were putting together the bags offered her no help at all.

So after an hour of trying to get my $18 of food, it comes out and tasted old and gross.

Fix that Kiosk, then train employees on how to fix them, replace the receipt paper, and when to throw buns away that have been sitting in the toaster too long, and you could have a good restaurant.

Rudest Employee I’ve ran across in a long time. Ordered a black coffee and specifically asked for nothing to be added to it. Handed it to me with creamer in it and when I told her it wasn’t right, she had the worst attitude and argued with me. If you add creamer then it isn’t a PLAIN BLACK ICED COFFEE!

I went there Thursday morning before end of shift . I’m doing a local review but I’m definitely calling corporate (since the so called lead with the yellow shirt and too tight for her behind pants called her gf , the blue shirt manager to let her know about a customer complaining ). I order a big breakfast & myself and others waited almost 20 minutes for our food. The “manager even states they’re late pushing food out “. I asked for 2 extra syrups & 2 butters c told me I’m gonna have to be charged 27 cents a piece ! Are you’re serious!? You have a lobby full of folks waiting on food that’s late coming up and you have the audacity the size of your behind to charge them!? If you gonna be anything be for freaking real! . I’ll turn around when I see that crew working and just going to wait on my crew . They know who Katrina is and always professional & my food always straight . Only stopped here once to get breakfast and had to pull out of line and wait 10 minutes for it. When I did get my food I could only stand to eat about half of it. The gavy biscuit that I ordered had more sausage in it than it did anything else.

Parking: Plenty of parking wasn't doing a lot of business at the time I came by.

Kid-friendliness: The normal McDonald's kid friendly atmosphere.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible doors on restauran.
