I just went through the drive through 30 minutes ago and I ordered a chicken sandwich and I added American cheese and it wasn’t on there so we went back around the drive through and politely let the girl at the window know that it was missing and the girl at the window was super sweet but then her manager came to the window and was extremely rude. She tried to argue with me and tell me I was wrong even though I had the receipt and the food and after she realized she was wrong she turned around and yelled at the girl who helped us and was just overall very disrespectful and on top of that she had a pack of new port cigarettes in her shirt pocket which is very unsanitary and unprofessional!

Where y'all I tell you fast food at its finest:-( all I really wanted was sweet tea. They said they were out of sweet tea so I sat there for a second and I said okay I'll just settle for a diet Coke. She says pull up to the window so I do I sit there for 5 minutes waiting on the other patrons to move forward as we move forward I get to the second window. The first person that was at the window did not even acknowledge me but decided to waddle off into the opposite direction and I noticed that I did not even have my diet coke poured yet. Then came along the manager and she said what did you order and I said I had the diet coke because y'all are out of sweet tea and I said can I please add a bottle of water to that as well. She said no not from this terminal that's why I told you to go to the first window I understood that she was frustrated and she also said that they were short-staffed. Well I work in the restaurant world as well and yes we're understaffed as well but we don't allow someone to go without the items that we serve. Sadly to say I will never go back to this location anymore. The owners need to contact me to see about possible sweet tea shortage and obviously worker shortage. They probably won't contact me though it is what it is. Customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. Sad sad Little world

Tired of this McDonald’s microwaving my food. If I’m having to wait on my order 30 minutes after it opens with nobody in line, I expect it to be prepared the correct way. I ordered 4 McMuffins and they were scalding hot and soggy. It’s not hard (I used to work in fast food).

Worst mcdonalds. Ordered 2 PLAIN hamburger. Received 2 fully loaded hamburgers. They went through extra steps to incorrectly make a simple sandwich.

I couldn’t imagine being the manager of this restaurant. The food was terrible and the wait was even worse. I understand staffing issues but it did not appear that the workers took any pride at all in their job. I get most people do not strive to make fast food a career but if you get paid to do a job then do it right. I spent $50 to be treated like I was an inconvenience just for asking for what I ordered. Will never eat there again.

Came here for my lunch break. Food orders were correct but service can be improved on. Watched 2 employees get an attitude with each other at the front counter. Took about 10 minutes to get 2 burgers and an order of fries.

I placed an order in the app 5 minutes before arriving. However, I received my order only 15 minutes after I got there. I was also informed that the coffee machine was being cleaned and I would have to wait an additional 18 minutes. The restrooms were dirty. After waiting for 35 minutes in total, I was told that the coffee machine was broken.
Traveling from Mississippi headed to North Carolina and we stopped along the way for breakfast this morning. Cashier was friendly when she took my order and she evidently didn't hear me say I wanted a breakfast combo when I placed my order. Everything was perfect and when I checked my bag I notices I was missing the hash rows that came with breakfast meal. Another employee looked up and asked me what was wrong with order. Told her I was missing hashbrown and she looked at receipt and said the cashier didn't ring it up as a meal. Ok.no problem. She put a nicely cooked hashbroqn in bag and turned around and humiliated the cashier taking orders. She yelled at her to ring up the hashbrown separately and advised her to do it now in the middle of her taking orders for hungry customers at this location. The way she chastised her like a child for a simple oversight was beyond humiliating and embarrassing. Of course I paid for the hashbrown but if this is the way employees are being treated, no wonder some shifts are short of staff. My apologies goes to the cashier for even calling out the simple mistake. Had I known her coworker would embarrass her like this I would have never even mentioned it. Telling her to ring up a single hashbrown and to do it now was too much. I've stopped at this location a few times traveling back and forth but after today I'm not so sure I want to even bother.
