the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to......dirty restrooms.. drink counter with food and spilled drinks all over the counter... filthy floors, and cold food. told the manager and just got a dirty look as they thought it was more important to talk to her friend and scroll on her phone than to clean up.

We waited 30 minutes for our food, after order was placed. I inquired about our food and was told they were waiting on the chicken wraps. (Big Mac meal, Chicken Wrap meal, and. McChicken sandwich). Then waited 10 more minutes. When we received our food it was cold!!!!! Had to ask for our drink cups and ketchup. Ketchup! Received 3 packs. Helloooo…. Two meals with fries. Also, while we waited in our food the workers were talking and cutting up among themselves… when they should have been working on food orders. Very disgusted with the service and quality of food. Store # 33547 Livingston AL. Next time…. I’ll stop across the road and eat at Burger King!!!

Late night stop on my way home from being on the road. Grabbed a bite and drink, also a chocolate shake too. Easy to get to. Next to the gas station. Easy to get back on the highway as well.

This McDonald’s was dirty and no sweet tea in the lobby or in the back in the drive-through. The employees was treating their job as if they were just hanging out with their friends. No one was actually working. They were on their phone most of the time and overall rude and just a poor experience altogether, we went at 5:25pm (dec 12 2025)
