I've been here many times over the years, but have finally decided to actually review it. Right at lunch time and there's no wait. Not that this place doesn't get busy, but the wait is always extremely reasonable. It's not uncommon to have the owner seat you or take your order. There's nothing on the menu I haven't liked yet, and if you can't decide between all the delicious options, just ask for a recommendation. Sometimes that's the only way I'm able to decide when eating here. Definitely give this place a try if you want delicious food, served by friendly staff, in a timely manner.
In the past I've eaten here and everything was delicious but yesterday(Sunday) we got the rib eye steak with shrimp, the steak was about an 1/8 inch thick with no taste at all, it was terrible but they charge over $22 for it, I can eat the best steak of my life in Blountsville for the same price. Was disappointed, after I paid I did tell her that it wasn't any good and she said nothing. Will never order steak again.

Saw it while passing threw town on our way back from Birmingham, absolutely amazing, service was great and the food was amazing definitely will be stopping here again!!! Got the carnitas asada as recommended by the waiter and he did not steer me wrong!!!

I believe this place judges off of stereotypes; let me tell you the story of what just happened with my friends, my boyfriend, and I.
So we’ve all gotten our food at this point and we’re all having a good time laughing and talking. One of my friends had just gotten her drink refilled and took a sip but when she went to set it down, she ACCIDENTALLY Set it on the side of the plate so it tipped over and made another drink too over into my boyfriends food. He was already feeling a little upset due to a headache about to come on and he had only taken TWO bites. This was an ACCIDENT. Remember that. When we’re about to leave I ask if he can get his food replaced because it was an accident, he hadn’t eaten and was really hungry, and wanted to take it home; he was very upset so I asked for him. I don’t blame the man that informed me, he was only informing me of what the manager said. He told me that usually when it’s an accident they will replace it, but if it’s playing around they won’t. So I turn to the lady (we’re the only one in the restaurant at this point) and The lady argues with me and DOESN’T EVEN let me finish my sentence or barely even start it. She says that we were playing and she won’t replace it. Mind you, we’re all teenagers simply having a good time LAUGHING, NOT horsing around, but she wants to think that just bc we’re teenagers that that’s all we do so she assumes we’re playing. So I waited until all of my friends went outside to talk to her bc I know it would make them uncomfortable, whether we were in the right or wrong. She argues with me and keeps saying we were playing and DOES NOT let me talk, she just kept talking over me. Before my friends left I was genuinely trying to explain to her in a polite tone what happened, that’s when she interrupted me. That’s why I decided to go back inside when they went outside, bc she wouldn’t even hear me out. I do not recommend this place is you want to have good service (the gentleman serving us did great. It’s just the manager I have a problem with) AND have a good time with whoever you are with. This was the first time I had ever been there and I was very disappointed.

My family loves this place! The food is delicious, always hot and fast, and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. They played happy birthday over the entire loud speaker for my mother-in-law's birthday. It made her feel so special. Can't recommend it enough!
Vegetarian options: Fajitas, chili relleno, quesadilla, big burrito dinner, and enchiladas.
Dietary restrictions: It's easy to eat gluten free here. 3 of my family members have celiac and eat here without getting sick. I am allergic to dairy and eat here without problems. The chicken soup is FANTASTIC!
