PROOF YOUR BREAD LONGER!!! SCORE YOUR BREAD PROPERLY!! You are poorly representing a brand by rushing the process and cutting corners. Baking bread properly should be the first thing you master as a sandwich artist/ franchise owner. As a former GM for Subway I have NEVER seen bread so pitiful. Olive Garden has bigger bread sticks and they're not as chewy!!Get it together y'all!

I placed order through the app for this location they took my money said it would be ready at 815pm. Show up to see they are CLOSED! Tried to call them no one will answer but yet they still accepted orders online and actually are taking peoples money for the orders when they are Closed and even marking the orders as ready and picked up! I took pictures of them being closed and everything cause they was suppose to be open till 9 it was 815 when I got there and now they stole almost 50 bucks from me that I got no food for cause they were CLOSED! If your closed why are you allowing orders to be taken online cause I know that you can update the status so no online orders will come through! So now you just taking people's money knowing your closed and they will not get what they paid for which is 100% unacceptable!

Spent 41 dollars on just 3 sandwiches. WOW! Had coupons, but was told they only worked for cold cut sandwiches not their advertised TV ones. Should've just walked, but had folks waiting (hungry), sandwiches only, not combos. Think I'm done with subway. Used to be a good deal place to go. Sad.

Burnt cookies, burnt bread, low quality and/or spoiled veggies. Super low quality even for a subway. This particular subway never seems to get it right even through ownership changes.

So I go inside the store and it's freezing cold in there, one person ahead of me. I wait then they ask me what I want, I always get steak and cheese, the man ahead is still standing on my side, I didn't understand why at the time. One girl was missing then the other girl goes to the back as well, then they both reappear with only one working. So she pulled mine out of the oven and put his in, finished his order and then took mine. I had ordered a for long to share with my husband, had her cut it in half before the fixing were put on, everything was the same except lettuce on one side and spinach on the other. So I go to check out and the red headed girl tells the check out girl to charge me for 2 6" .I questioned it and she said her boss told her to do that because it had different stuff on it, are you freaking kidding! I said I would not be back and for her to tell her boss that! So I get to my truck and take a few bites and the meat is very cold. I called them and the red headed answered, I told her about it, she said, I'm sorry, did not offer to make me more, long silence, I said something and finally she offered to make another one, I was to pissed to go back in, so I left. Won't ever be back to this Subway. Any other place would had immediately fixed the problem instead of long silence. Y'all do not go here!

I got the footlong BOGO from the app, 2 turkey sandwiches is what I ordered. I went to eat one and it had chicken instead of turkey. I went back the next day to hopefully get a replacement and before I could ask about a potential remake, the owner became hostile and started to raise his voice at me because it was “free.” I had only said that I got 2 sandwiches when he cut me off and started yelling that. When I tried to interject that it was wrong and I was just looking for a remake, he kept interrupting and getting mad. I said that I was nicely going to ask for a remake and he said he “didn’t care that it was nice, I already got a free sandwich.” I was not going to be upset had he said no to a remake, but he had started getting hostile and yelling immediately. I showed him the sandwich that he used chicken instead of turkey and he got even more mad and went to remake it. What is even worse is he was the only person working the previous night, so I have reason to believe he purposely messed it up after this interaction. I told him that I ordered the sandwich and it is up to them to make it correctly the first time. He told me that I was ungrateful and I always get free sandwiches and it would be a waste. He said he would get rid of the BOGO for everyone else and that it would be “because of me.” While standing over my sandwich, he kept trying to engage in an argument with me over the fact that I always use the BOGO. He said that I don’t have the courtesy to order anything else to support his business and I said “well what if I can’t afford anything else” and he essentially said that it was not his problem, he’s losing money off of me. He also got angry when I referred to the BOGO as a coupon rather than a BOGO deal. They aren’t mutually exclusive so I don’t understand why he was so angry over that. I started to get worried about me being there because I was alone, it was at night, and I’m a woman, so I started to record the conversation. I have the last 5 minutes on recording and you can hear him yelling at me that I always get free sandwiches, he doesn’t make money off of me, it’s a BOGO deal not a coupon, and that I’m the reason he’s getting rid of BOGO. I told him that it’s good that he is getting rid of the BOGO if he is going to be this upset over people using it. After some more back and forth, he slid the sandwich to me and said “If I ever see your name again and you get the BOGO, you are getting one sandwich.” The recording did not get the worst of it, but you can hear him yelling at me and trying to argue with me. I can’t imagine being an owner of a business and yelling at a woman at least 30 years younger than you about using a coupon. I will never be back and I will make sure no one that I know will go back. I’ve never felt more embarrassed, scared, and upset at a local business in my life. Overall, DO NOT go to this subway, the owner is incredibly rude. Jacks next door is much nicer and has no problem fixing their (rare) mistakes.
