Ordered 3 pc chicken tender @ 10 pm, I believe they had been cooked @ 10 am. Shame on you and the manager, reheated should not be served for fresh, never again BTW I am local

I was waiting for one of the workers to come and accept the order. No one came up and didn't even pay attention to whether there was someone or not. All the time while I was waiting, the employee was in the utility room. I will never go to this place again.

To many non customers sitting around waiting for a shower call from the loves side. And to many crackheads huddled up in the corner using the usb ports to charge their phones.

I haven't been to a Arby's in 20 years because I hate Roast Beef. 1st time in one and Diane on the night shift was so very helpful, considerate, sweet, and generous. Vincent was very helpful informing me what was available and made my experience excellent!
Staci very rude asked for our cups she slammed it down on counter.. said she gave 1 . We had 4 drinks and spent over 60.. she was forgetful.. extremely long wait she could not multi task.. needs retrained on customer service .. i didnt see her be nice to my family or anyone there .. will not be coming back.. here ..do too the very rude service of staci.....

Left my purse and Rhea came out looking for me and missed me but when I realized it was not with me she was inside and saw me and brought it right to me!!! Thank God for honest people. We have stopped by before on our way to Louisiana from Florida and she has been there with always smile on her face ❤️☺️
