Not surprised, the guy taking my order was more concerned that I had paid for the windshield wipers that I was carrying more than he was worried about what food I wanted to order. Then I get the food and God Almighty whoever prepared it must have had their eyes closed when preparing the food.

I ordered a Gyro Greek combo but the steak nuggets look delicious. However, when I receive them, they were burnt. I did eat two to see how they taste it. They tasted exactly as they appeared, burnt. I went back inside and spoke to Shatisha, who was quick to tell me their name because I had a problem with them, not refunding the product. I explained that they could prorated it for the three that I had returned. Still refusing to do so. They said that’s how they come. We just throw them in the microwave. When I looked at Shatisha‘s name tag they were quick to tell me their name and pronounce it for me. I am sure that they have no fear of losing their job nor is that what I want. But there has to be a better way to handle a dissatisfied customer Shatisha‘s attitude was very flippant and unconcerned with my issue.

Employees were rude. Oerdered food that was totaled at 7.49 at window then a guy came over and the total went too $10. They tried to blame it on taxes. Come to find out they charged me $3 for a ice water and tried to hide it.

Make sure they give you the right food will not make it for there screw up came back in after being told to and another manager wouldn't replace there mistake cause I no longer had a proof of purchase there goes 20 dollars down the drain stay away from this place very unprofessional

Wanted to try the new fish sandwich that is back out at Arby's never had one at Arby's before and never will again got the fish sandwich it was cold and not cooked fresh when you ask for it to be cooked fresh there seems to be a little attitude about it are they not supposed to make your fish sandwiches fresh one requested I don't know maybe it's just me but for some reason fish sandwiches taste so much better hot

I was waiting for one of the workers to come and accept the order. No one came up and didn't even pay attention to whether there was someone or not. All the time while I was waiting, the employee was in the utility room. I will never go to this place again.
To many non customers sitting around waiting for a phone call from mexico and having to let everyone know that they are on the phone. To many non customers sitting around waiting for a shower call from the loves side. And to many crackheads huddled up in the corner using the usb ports to charge their phones.

I haven't been to a Arby's in 20 years because I hate Roast Beef. 1st time in one and Diane on the night shift was so very helpful, considerate, sweet, and generous. Vincent was very helpful informing me what was available and made my experience excellent!
Staci very rude asked for our cups she slammed it down on counter.. said she gave 1 . We had 4 drinks and spent over 60.. she was forgetful.. extremely long wait she could not multi task.. needs retrained on customer service .. i didnt see her be nice to my family or anyone there .. will not be coming back.. here ..do too the very rude service of staci.....
