Everyone in line was never even acknowledged. We stood there for 20mins. People kept leaving. Wouldn't recommend it.

It took the workers too long to help the customers. A couple of customers left because the wait was so long.
I sat here for a few minutes before someone asked me to hold on and twenty minutes later she can on to take my order. I asked for original loaded curly fries three times and she still did the chicken crinkle fries and then she argued with me and told me I only said loaded fries. I said original loaded curly three times. And then when she handed my card back, she barely stuck her hand out the window and made me stretch for it. It took thirty five minutes to get one combo. There was one person in front of me and one one front counter.

Really bad today. I ordered the number one and they messed it up multiple times. The fries were cold, and the roast beef had a weird taste and was not hot. Also I ordered a double, when they corrected it (the second time) they gave me a single. It was right at the switchover from breakfast to lunch.
