We stopped in to grab a late lunch while taking my 90-year old mother-in-law home, across several states. Nyke waited on us. While my MIL was trying to figure out what she wanted, the line grew and grew. Nyke was so patient, never rushing, always smiling, and even wished her a happy 90th birthday! In the fast-paced world of me, myself and I, Nyke focused exclusively on her!
The restaurant was clean, the food fresh and the service excellent! Thank you, Nyke, for your kindness! We will return without hesitation whenever we’re making this drive!

**Freshest whopper I’ve ever had**The road can be an unforgiving place - but this pit stop at Loxleys Burger King was a saving grace for these two road dogs. It was around 9pm under the Alabama stars, we reverberated to Ted Hawkins’ Biloxi, stomachs matching our low fuel gauge.We received our whopper, chicken fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks from an incredibly hardworking and kind woman with pink and blue hair. When we drove away and started to munch we were floored by just how delicious everything she made was. She has since become our cotton candy queen. We thank her and all the hard workers of the loxley BK for their late service to the weary vagrants of the night.

There is an employee there named Angel. Not only is she efficient, She is extremely friendly and I love going there because she always gets my order correct.

Nasty, mold in coke machine and burger was all broke apart. Just nasty.
I never have a problem at this particular location. Aside from the burgers being a tab sloppy, the customer service is nice and if i have to wait or pull up it’s 7 mins max and my food is always upgraded for the wait. the only time i eat bk is here.
Update: place has gone down hill due to staff not having functional management so everything is disorganized. I wait a minimum 25-30 mins now. The guy with the locs and the girl with the red hair are always nice and apologetic about it tho. Watched 4 of the employees take the trash out together, walked back in and immediately started handling food again and now they don’t use gloves when assembling?? Immediately drove off!

I never have a problem at this particular location.
