I ordered the number four breakfast combo and the lady over the speaker asked if I wanted to add it to the sausage biscuit. I did not order a sausage biscuit and told her so. Then she repeated my order back to me, and yet here I am with a chicken buscuit rather than a loaded omellette biscuit

If I could give zero, I would. Never left a burger place after 2 bites. Fries tasted like burnt grease and burger tasted like microwaved rubber. Employee out in the parking lot before we ordered and back out right after we got our food. Looked like kitchen needed major cleanup!

My local Hardee’s has wonderful fresh food, friendly service and is one of my favorite places to eat.
We came just before they were closing. Which we did not realize but anyway. The GM took our order which included chicken tenders & fries. Please tell me why we had to wait on the tenders but our fries were NOT fresh. We took our order to go & did not realize it this until we were already gone. The tenders were fresh though. I also got a frisco burger & asked for crispy bacon, didn't get crispy at all.

Order was wrong and everything had a weird taste. Not bad but weird. Almost fake. It's hard to explain. I hadn't been to Hardee's in a few years but I remember it being much better.
Says breakfast till noon. Today at 11:40 I was informed they ran out of biscuits at 11:30. No way to run a service business that capitalizes and prides itself on, primarily, its biscuits. If it's not breakfast till noon take the sign down.

I have stopped many times now in the morning before work and every single time has been great. The employees are always friendly, positive, and customer service is always on point. The food is always hot and ready by the time I get to the window. Hands down the best fast food place in the area. A++

You just can't go wrong with Hardee's breakfast and the lady working the drive thru was the sweetest lady I've ever spoken to at a drive thru
