From start to finish, I sat in the drive through for more than 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. The person taking our order was personable, and when we pulled around to the window, you could see she was working, taking orders, and restocking items at the window while others were standing around. This was 2/2:30 today (Sunday). It was almost as if they were frying chicken to order, which I would respect, if we were informed of that. Food was fine, but service for a more fast food place was severely lacking. The gentleman who handed us our food did apologize for the wait.

If you go inside to eat, do not expect to get someone to take your order because they are to busy talking and waiting on people going through the drive-thru!! The service inside is PATHETIC!! Management needs to address this ASAP!! The food was GROSS!! Don't waste your time going to eat here!!

If there was something less than 1, I would've given it that. The service was absolutely horrible. Food was cold and wrong. To the owner - please contact me so I can make you an offer to buy this store. The Jack's brand is way too good to allow this type of complete incompetence. I almost feel compelled to offer a community service to the folks of Loxley and stand outside the door to warn people not to eat here. I spent over $50 feeding my family here and then wished I would have just given it to a panhandler and stayed home for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I went through the drive thu so I do not know about the atmosphere. The service was below average. There were several workers standing around the windows and on their phones. (I wouldn't have cared but the one at the window had her back to me and never really greeted me, she gave me back my change wrapped in my receipt and dropped some of my coins as she was still talking with her co workers whole handing it to me She handed me my drink almost in a shoving manner and I almost dropped the straw. I was pleasant but I do think these young girls should be taught that while at work good customer service matters. The food was good I had a #2 meal with lemonade I will go again and I hope to have better interaction
