This restaurant is COMPLETELY different from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast is wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I. GO!!! Dinner is always delicious and correct. Today, went for breakfast (ordered online) and went to pick up. Got fries instead of hashbrowns with combos, bit I ordered the breakfast burritos. There was nothing but eggs and gravy and they were a mushy, inedible mess. You couldn't even hold them. I won't even discuss the EXTREMELY RUDE LADY that gave me my order, because she was so rude, I called a corporate office for the fist time ever! I never got the orange juice they charge extra for... the food was cold and disgusting. No need to fix anything, because I darn sure will never go back to this location... it's a joke to the Jack's corporation!

After many Facebook posts saying this location sucks, I still tried it for breakfast because it’s so cheap. Now I see why it’s so cheap. I told the lady taking my order “I’ve never been here for breakfast so give me a moment. I’ll take the biscuits and gravy.” “That’ll be $3.04” ok so we’re not going to ask about sides or drinks? So I assumed the biscuits just came by themselves. I get to the window and ask “So I wasn’t sure if that came as a meal or not.” Her response: “did you order a meal?” Me: “Well I don’t know. Does it come as a meal?” Her: “Did you say you wanted a drink?” I should have just pulled off at this point. I’m not playing 21 questions before 8am. Then I receive the biscuits and gravy and it looks like this. I guess I’ll drink the gravy as my side and drink

Horrible attitude at the drive thru. Took a while for us to get our food which was only 3 milkshakes
They seem to be every other time getting an order right. So check it if you use the drive thru. The lids almost always pops off the milkshake cup. Needs a better design or lid grip.
It depends on who you get as to how well you can understand the person on the speaker. Some of the females especially seems to mumble . Even when you get to the widow its the same. Seems to irritate them when adked to repeat themselves. Then theres those few that are spit on wirh it all

They always mess our food up and they always have new people so it’s probably not so good to work there. The staff are usually hateful or short with you. Like you are bothering them if you speak to them.
