They always mess our food up and they always have new people so it’s probably not so good to work there. The staff are usually hateful or short with you. Like you are bothering them if you speak to them.
Its a variety of personalities working there. Most times they are nice enough.
There a few really nice workers.
At the drive thru you may get someone who is easy to get your order right and speak clearly and then theres the one female who speaks too low, wont speak louder when ask, mumbles. Seems alittle confused when you reach the window.
I hate it when they ask you to pull up.
Ive been forgotten. And had employee have to make 2 and 3 trips...

The lids almost always pops off the milkshake cup. Needs a better design or lid grip.
It depends on who you get as to how well you can understand the person on the speaker. Some of the females especially seems to mumble . Even when you get to the widow its the same.
Seems to irritate them when adked to repeat themselves.
