I went through the drive thu so I do not know about the atmosphere. The service was below average. There were several workers standing around the windows and on their phones. (I wouldn't have cared but the one at the window had her back to me and never really greeted me, she gave me back my change wrapped in my receipt and dropped some of my coins as she was still talking with her co workers whole handing it to me
She handed me my drink almost in a shoving manner...

I like to get the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. Excellent biscuits and milkshakes. The only negative thing about this location is they seem to always be understaffed, so it’s a little slow. The people who work there are nice, though.

I grew up eating Jacks in North Alabama, And at some point as a teenager I work there ,love it! Never had issues with them just be glad when they get one a bit closer to my home😁
