This must not only be the worst McDonald's in the world but possibly the worst drive through of any restaurant I have ever been to and I have been through many in 60+ years. We were traveling west on 12-20-24 did a drive thru bfast. My order, sausage McMuffin with egg, no cheese. A sausage biscuit and a bacon biscuit. The order taker was rude and spoke with terrible diction. But the worst was the order which we opened after we back on the road. We received a muffin with a tiny piece of sausage only! 1 biscuit with nothing in it, & 1 biscuit with 1/2 piece of bacon only! 1 mistake is human error. This dereliction smacks of something deliberate! I may never grace a McDonald's restaurant again!!!

No one at the register, we had to begin by ordering our food through the kiosk. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Order was incomplete and wrong. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. Employees on their phones.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the USA. They have a very hard time getting orders out on time and have items in stock. Today I went by this McDonalds giving them my code on my McDonald’s App to get a sweet tea which they did not have, so I left without ordering. Next thing I know I got a notification that I was charged $12.82 for someone else’s order! I can’t get a hold of them to have them remove the charge. I highly recommend the owner to look into the management of this store.. honestly just pull into the parking lot at you will always see people waiting for their orders in the street.

Everyone who worked on Sunday 12/1/2024 at 10AM should be fired immediately! I sat there since 950AM and watched over 50 cars leave & I finally got to the Drive thru to order my Breakfast at 1020AM and they made me wait until 1029AM to Laugh and Tell Me it's Lunch! If I was anything like I had been 7-13 years ago... It would've been a Horrific Morning for these Employees! But it's alright God doesn't bless bad mannered people!

The store was filthy. We stood waiting to order, and the manager walked up, said, "Y'all wanting to order? You have to use the kiosk." and walked away. Trash, trash, trash.

Went to the drive through around 7-8pm, sat there for a looong time with no one answering. Eventually said “hey is the drive thru closed?” To be answered with “Go ahead with your order.” …. uh ok..
I’m also pretty sure the guy before me at the speaker didn’t get serviced, as I watched him drive off and not go to the windows..

Stopped at the drive thru twice, wait for a while and nobody answered. It was 4 in the afternoon. We saw an employee walked out at the back door, and another one at the came out of the front. So we just waisted our time waiting.

What a rude lady! Do not stop here if you want to experience their frustrations due to their teammates calling off. We stopped to order breakfast and to use the restroom and a lady come out and started scolding us because the door was supposed to be locked due to onky 2 staff members working. What she didn't realize was she locked another patron in their with them and thats how the door got unlocked. The patron she locked in was super confused as to why it was locked. No sign posted or nothing. We were so put off by this that we just left. I understand getting people to show up for work is hard, but when you show your patrons that frustration it becomes toxic for everyone including the one staff member that was just trying make the best of it. Good luck with your experience here.

Waited in the drive thru line for a total of 11 minutes.. not bad for 2 happy meals and 2 combo meals. Food was hot and fresh, everyone was super friendly.

I do not recommend this location to you, if you can go to another McDonald's go away, I don't give it a star. Honestly something happened to me at this branch, the photo I showed was from the day I went, and I also usually write a review of the places I visited. I passed by Drive True when I was taking this photo a woman stopped me next to my car, calling the employee who was handing my order through the window. Then that same woman appeared inside the McDonald's and yelled at me that I couldn't take photos and what the problem was, that I was taking a photo of her because she worked there (but she wasn't wearing a McDonald's uniform at the time ). Then the young woman who was serving me came trying to calm her down and asked what her problem was, when she saw that I had a camera in my car she told the other woman to calm down because he has a camera in his car. Wooooaaaauuuu how can a restaurant as famous as McDonald's have a branch with such bad reviews and such poor customer service? As far as I know, they have inspectors from their own McDonald's company who monitor product quality, customer waiting time (which is the law), and customer service. But when I read these reviews, I don't understand how they continue to operate with such bad employees; because honestly, a good McDonald's is made by its employees and if they don't meet those standards, it's better to go to a Food Truck, you'll find better food and better customer service. Very professional and friendly staff. Kept us informed of progress, did their jobs, and brought us what we needed for our kids.

Food is always cold can't and missing things you can't ever walk inside or call if to speak with someone because the door is always locked and they don't have a phone we have stopped going here we still go to the one in Foley we tried again last week and same thing food cold even my cold Carmel coffee was nasty 🤢
