Ordering kiosks were broken. Person working the counter couldn't figure out how to do the orders. Bathrooms were dirty. Avoid if you can.

This location absolutely sucks. We stopped by here on our way home from the beach and it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us on the intercom. When my husband said HELLLLLOOO she said “give me a minute”. We then ordered and while ordering the woman wan talking to her coworkers and missed the last two items on our order so we had to tell her at the window to add the two things. They then had us pull forward to wait on fries. We waited for 8 minutes as 3 cars behind us got their orders and left. My husband went inside and waited for our food. He came out about 10 minutes later with our food. He said the woman inside told him the McCrispy we ordered takes 7 minutes and he said well you told us we were waiting on fries and it’s been 16 minutes. He said the workers were all inside talking, arguing with each other and someone was on a FaceTime call by the food and sitting down. A GrubHub person was also waiting inside and told my husband he’d been waiting about 10 minutes before my husband went inside. Definitely this location and go to another one that’s not off on the side road. By the time we got our food, my husbands 2 cheeseburgers he ordered were cold so he brought them home to heat up.

Ordered on app and was told at the drive thru window I had to go inside to get it off the counter. And that was after sitting at the mic for 5 minutes with no response. Drove around to the window to inquire. The kid didn't know if the mic was working or not. That was 15 ft from the window. The manager refused to give me the order at the window. It's as if they intentionally didn't want to do drive thru service. Same hourly pay and fewer customers equals less work. Food was cold. Ordered large and fry box was half empty. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. She needs to find work where she doesn't have interaction with the public.

Couldn't ever get waited on or even acknowledged. We stood at register behind other customers and wouldn't even look at us. Went over to talk to manager and he wouldn't talk to me! VERY POOR RAN MCDONALDS!!!!!

What a SAD excuse for a McDonald's!!! Not busy at ALL and now we see why. How can you have this place right on HWY59 off interstate 10 and be so incredibly slow? Well that's because the place is filthy, used the restrooms and there was paper towel and trash everywhere. Place an order for dine-in and put in the table tent for the food to be delivered on a tray to our table like they set up. After our food never arrived I went and checked and sure enough it's just sitting there on the counter in a bag with the McFlurry melting. No drink come next to it. When someone finally acknowledged me, they even had to ask which size was on the order as if it wasn't listed on the screen or the receipt. The founders of McDonald's would be rolling over infurious if they have seen what what appears to be most of their locations have turned into! Horrible food, no personality and with the kiosses no personal service. Haven't been to this one in a while but thought we would give it a shot. Thanks for the reminder loxley, we won't be back.
