Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered 3 hot mochas and it tasted like absolute crap. And in the past when ordering the big breakfasts thay had consistently screwed up the same order multiple times. I would never return here.

The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Went inside the manager was rude and very unprofessional. Wouldn’t give her name and cussed me out when I took her photo for corporate so I’d have something to describe her. Been coming here over 25 years. It’s a shame there is no accountability for the actions of the staff at this location. Stay away from this one!!

Honestly the only reason there are 2 stars is the food was correct and decent. But the cleanliness of this place is horrendous as soon as you walk in your hit in the face with different smells that could gag a maggot.

Employees ignored the front counter for at least 4 minutes. Went thru drive thru ordered crispy chicken add bacon combo. I was on my lunch break at the time..got back to work and noticed I was given someone else's order. Called McDonald's and spoke to mgr and she said she would call me back. Never heard from her..Ii called back no answer.
Staff was friendly even with a special order late at night

Placed an online order 10mins ahead. Check in for curbside pick up waiting another 13 mins and my order never came out. I needed to leave for work and I just left

Driving from New Orleans to Tallahassee We just stopped for lunch here and this must be the filthiest Mc’s I’ve ever seen in all my years eating at McD’s 1) the glass on the screens to order: one greasy finger print thing, including the plastic signs with the numbers to use at the tables. 2) the tables and chairs: not one didn’t have crumbs of cheese and lettuce bits from the previous customers. 3) the bathroom: I was already gagging… garbage bins overflowing and the sink was covered with greyish stain that no one bother to clean. 4) all the ladies working there couldn’t be bothered with the guests How this place could have repeated customers I have no clue… McD’s headquarters and is NOT doing a good job monitoring its franchises like they used to do ages ago. And the Health Inspector probably has NOT set foot here in ages. Shame!!!
