Too bad I cant do zero stars. This store is always an issue. You can never get anyone on the phone. Food was soggy.

Arrived and Mobile order wasn’t ready. She said “it will be 10 minutes do you want to cancel?” I said “no we will wait”. My grandson & I happily sit down to wait. I saw they started on our order (in a very timely manner!), I walked over & said, “well since I’m here I will watch” & smiled happily. They started making my order. I noticed they were about to toast one of the sandwiches so I said “oh that one isn’t toasted” the mgr said “well online it says toasted so we have to toast it”. I explained, “it shouldn’t say that and on the notes I put please only toast the one on Italian herbs”. She insisted “nope we must go by the online order the notes section is only for DoorDash”. I again said while since I am standing here asking please don’t toast that one. She then went off & said “you have complained on me before! You are not going to bully me”. I then remembered 2 years ago, there was hair in my sandwich & after she refused to swap my sandwich or return my calls, I wrote a bad review.” She remembered & apparently has been waiting to see me. Kept yelling at me threatening to cancel my order saying I was bullying her. I told her I have been there 1-2x week last 2 years no problems. Why she has not let that go? Let it go Elsa! I have moved on so should Brandy the mgr! I will no longer stop there just because of how she talked to me today. My grandson is 7 & when we left he said “that lady was so mean to you!” I will go to other places even if out of my way due to how she acted today . She kept saying, “I can cancel your order you aren’t going to bully me”. I told her I had forgotten about the hair in the sandwich 2 years ago. She proceeded to tell me there never was a hair. I told her I swear on my life there was a blonde hair in my sandwich that day and I am brunette and my husband is bald. She is still angry about that day. She told the other girl “go ahead don’t heat it let her have it cold”. I said “yes thank you my grandson likes it cold”. She continued with the order. She was on the last sandwich & I noticed not many olives. I said “please notice I asked for extra black olives.” She says “this is extra we only put 6. I put 9 on it.” I realized at this point she was looking for a fight. I just accepted it. I said “ok, well if we are being that precise, I asked for less banana peppers you put extra of them . “ she said “I will take 1 off”. At this point I think she was intentionally trying to mess up the sandwich hoping I would say something. Why else would she put less olives when I asked for extra online and extra banana peppers when I asked for less?? Then she proceeded to try to get me to cancel the order. I said “look I have a hungry grandkid watching this and another kid at home waiting for his sandwich. You are on the last sandwich just please finish the order”. At least 3 -4 times she yelled, “I have the right to refuse service you are not going to bully me”. I again said “I am not bullying you I never did bully you. Please just finish the order.” At this point I was afraid if I left, I wouldn’t get my refund and then would have to battle her for a refund so I just wanted the order completed. At one point I told her, “I have been coming here 1-2 times weekly last 2 years even after hair incident mistakes happen. Your employees are great. The food is fresh. I have no issues. I just want our order. I am not bullying you. I trust you to NOT spit in my food and to continue coming here.” She said “don’t accuse me of spitting in your food I would never do that.” I said, “I literally just said I am trusting you to NOT spit in my food and let’s move forward. The hair was 2 years ago. Let’s move forward.” She just repeatedly yelled and kept saying I had bullied her 2 years ago because I complained about the hair incident in my food. If you look at my review from 2 years ago, you will see the details with it. Apparently this lady is still upset over that review where I found hair in my food. Called her immediately to report it and ask for another sandwich, I live about 10 -12 min away. She

I wish zero stars was an option. Ordered online to be picked up at this location. The girls were extremely rude upon pick up, got home and realized my order was wrong so I went back up to the restaurant to request a remake. The girl refused to remake my sandwich saying she toasted the sandwich herself. I said it was wrong can they please remake still refused, asked for the manger to which she said wasn't there. I asked for a refund and now the girl is on the phone with the manager & both refused. I threw my sandwich away at the door. Disgusting. I will never be back! Vist a different establishment. The manager Brandi - a joke.

I put in an online order and my whole sandwich was pretty much wrong. I ordered the hotshot Italian sandwich with just extra mayo and requested it be toasted. When I went in to pick up my sandwich it was cold but I had to go so I couldn’t ask about it. When I opened up my sandwich not only was there barely any mayo on it but they put white American cheese instead of provolone not to mention it was ice cold and not toasted.

Was very disappointed that the girl was rude And would not Served me Tuna fish With mayonnaise on both sides of my bread. Refused to do it and then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted the sandwich and I said no so I left. 5 Seconds to lose a customer for life. Jersey Mike's right down the street. And plenty of other places to eat

Went in as I normally do except instead of a week night after football for my son it was a Saturday after his game. Sat. Oct. 7th. Around 230. There were 2 females working. They were completely rude. From the time I walked through the door, through the ordering process, the ripping the receipt from the register and me walking out. I've never felt so irritated,and yet I still left them a tip. I was talked to as if I was a child, pointed at told to order from the other end of the counter. I honestly couldn't believe what I had walked into just to get a footlong tuna. I didn't even add condiments, because talking to this girl seemed like such an issue. Def will not be back. Yall need new employees.

You can NOT get a full 6inch, but have to pay full price. barely get any meat on sub, floors are not clean. Food was pleasant just overpriced for the quantity.

Twenty year-something’s talking about recent customers. I tried to call ahead to make sure they had my items, and because it was close to closing. I was informed upon arrival that they took the batteries out of the phone because a customer kept calling. I drove thirty minutes to come here and they did NOT have my items that I tried to call ahead and confirm. Should always have an adult on staff running the shift. Two of them were sitting at a table and had to “CAW” *literally like a bird* to the other girl to help me. What a joke lol
