WE LOVE JACKS!! BEST FOOD!! I would love to give 5 stars all the way across but I do not always have great service. Breakfast is always fast any great. But nighttime/dinner is hit and miss. The managers are always wonderful and I'm sure the reason the food is somewhat slow or service isn't always exceptional is because night shift is typically mostly youth/young employees and that's more reflective of the way we are raising and allow our children/teens to behave and deal with accountability and criticism. The managers can only do so much.

Stopped at this location on way to see my parents for Christmas 2024. Went inside. Stood at register for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Gave up and left. Stopped again on way back to Birmingham. Same thing happened. Poor customer service.

Ordered using the app. Arrived to pick up food was asked to park in the 1st parking spot. I did. Waited longer than everyone who ordered after after me. Patiently waited and after 35 minutes an employee arrived to my car window with the wrong order. My food was given to someone else. So, I requested a refund. To who ever got my Chicken dinner. I hope it was delicious. I am now waiting 3-5 days for a refund. Making a frozen pizza for dinner. This was the 2nd time, I waited over 30 minutes using the app. I suggest you don't. It is faster to order in person. The food is good. I just couldn't wait that long today. We all make mistakes, but I hope management steps it up because I like the food. Please read the reviews.
