i ordered a “Dbl fish filet” w lettuce on it. when i got home, i had a SINGLE fish filet with ZERO lettuce. i am very disappointed in some of the employees. & i think they should do better. most definitely going to jacks next time.

Driving thru and stopped. Tried to make small talk when ordering but cashier was not having it. Food was hot and fresh. Lobby tables had several dirty tables. Bathroom was pretty dirty.

The food is great the employees actually know what they are doing we got everything we ordered I had a double cheese burger it had not just 3 pickles on it it had four pickles four and the people gave us a hole pile of napkins the reason for 4 stars is the fries were terrible they were over cooked and needed a lot more salt but other wise great mc donalds

Place needs to be closed as far as I’m concerned you wait 30 minutes to an hour for food then you don’t even get all your food or sauces or get put in a parking spot and forgotten

What's the point of ordering on the app 10 minutes before you go if you have to wait 15 more minutes when you get there to get your food?!?!?!?!?! It's an awful wait time and have yet to go there without being told to pull forward. What happened to fast food used to never have to wait and now EVERYBODY has to pull forward...

Waited in long line 20 minutes only to be forgotten in reserved parking. Manager was irritablely rude said I could wait or leave. I waited another 30 minutes because I had already paid.
There's always something missing from your order. For example, the sauce for your McNuggets. Check it before you get home. I had to throw the McNuggets I ordered today in the trash.
