Fern & Nicole were so friendly! Me and 4 kids were traveling from Florida and I've never been into a McDonald's that impressed me so much. They kept all employees engaged and I could tell by being a Manager myself...not only did they know how to manage...They had a good team as well!

We were passing through and decided we would stop at McDonald’s. We’re on a long trip, so we started with the restroom. When we done and washing our hands. My sons went first both barely able to attempt to wash their hands because the water was scalding hot, even to the callused hands of an adult. I was barely able to stand to get the soap off my hands.
We then stood in line, where there seemed to be no structure. So to keep from wasting anymore time we used the kiosk to order. We had issues there, but that’s nothing compared to what happened next.
While we found a seat and waited I thought it would be a good time to tell someone about the scalding water. So I told the lady that the water was scalding hot that we could barely wash our hands.
I watched her tell the manager, Chris. He seemed to give an expression like, “ok what do you want me to do about it?” I realized this wasn’t going to get addressed that he didn’t care. And sure enough, as we got our food and continued to observe the crew it was obvious that the most important thing to them was the money coming in, so just keep getting the orders out.
Our food was made with some fresh, some old pieces. Such as the fries and the meat. At this point I wasn’t going to complain anymore because what would be the point?
If I were the owner of that McDonald’s I would take a closer look at my management. I wanted to report the scalding hot water as it could become a potential lawsuit. I don’t wish anyone to get hurt, and I’m sorely displeased with the experience we had. I won’t be returning here again.

I was surprised by this MCD. We vowed off MCD a few months ago. Really needed food during a road trip for the kids. It took a long time to get our food, but not as long as other MCD. Anything we were missing they were quick to replace. We won't be back to this area again but hey.. Best MCD I've been to in years.

Ordered to go inside Sunday evening around 8pm. Only one patron in front of me and he quickly received his order. Ordered through the app and was confirmed quickly by the guy working the front. Then it took 20+ min to get my McDouble meal because the teenagers working were clearly more interested in serving their friends who came in after me and ordered and fulfilling their orders first. It wasn’t until I said something a second time after 20 minutes that my meal was suddenly put together and handed to me sans sauce and napkins. Clearly this location is only concerned with the patrons they know. Get some better employees

Luverne “the friendliest city in the south” is true here at McDonald’s. the service is impeccable. The staff is truly great super friendly and accommodating.
