Fern & Nicole were so friendly! Me and 4 kids were traveling from Florida and I've never been into a McDonald's that impressed me so much. They kept all employees engaged and I could tell by being a Manager myself...not only did they know how to manage...They had a good team as well!
I was surprised by this MCD. We vowed off MCD a few months ago. Really needed food during a road trip for the kids. It took a long time to get our food, but not as long as other MCD. Anything we were missing they were quick to replace. We won't be back to this area again but hey.. Best MCD I've been to in years.
Drink was flat/out of syrup. Pulled us forward. I went in while waiting to let them know and ask for a different drink. No one was at the counter to help. So I went to the drink machine in the dining area and got me a new fill. Went back out to wait for our food. Food came out with no fries. She didn't believe me so I showed my receipt. She went back in and got it. They were apparently under staffed but no reason to ignore or doubt your customers.
