I often visit this Subway location near my workplace and usually enjoy my meals here. The store is kept clean, and the food is fresh, which I really appreciate.
However, I was disappointed to see that coupon usage is no longer accepted here, with notices posted on every door. I’m not sure why this policy was changed, but it feels inconvenient compared to other locations where coupons are still honored.
Overall, I like this store for its cleanliness and consistent quality, but I hope the coupon policy can be reconsidered in the future.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while! I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I had to. I ordered online so I could leave early for work and I sat at the window for 10 mins before I decided to go in. I even called the store phone. When I went in, I was not greeted. And when I asked one of the workers did they have an online order ready in my name, I was ignored. I even rang the buzzer at the window and still was not serviced. When I went in, no one was ordering, just one of the other workers who wasn’t busy having a conversation. After almost 15 mins of waiting someone finally asked me what I needed. I won’t be back!

The employees here aren’t focused on customer satisfaction. After already paying for drinks they inform me all I can get is water after walking over to the machine and seeing nothing shows up on the drink collection besides water… I don’t have a problem with drinking water or getting drinks out of the cooler or eating ice who cares. The point is I already made my purchase with known intention and expectation and was not informed that the machine only serves water.

Nice, newer restaurant with friendly service and delicious, fresh food. We enjoyed a Meal Deal with six-inch subs, chips and a drink. The sandwiches were tasty, the toppings substantial and the dining area was very spacious and quite modern and attractive. I recommend this restaurant.
