I was treated rudely by the bartender, yet nothing came from me initially informing the business of everything that happened.

Jerrie makes my experience - I am glad she was here when I came in today. Tuesday I was here with a friend, and it just wasn’t the same.

The atmosphere was nice and we were seated right away.

The menu seemed to be a mix of southern comfort food with some being marked as pairing well with available cocktails.

The server struggled to get my order right, but the third time's the charm and we got there in the end. She was really sweet and did everything she could to make my meal pleasant.

I got the chicken salad sandwich, paired with a bowl of gumbo. The sandwich was pretty good, but the gumbo was very salty and didn't really have any heat, which I prefer in my gumbo. I couldn't eat it due to the amount of salt.

The manager stopped by while doing table touches and offered to discount my meal since I didn't touch the gumbo.

He stood and chatted with us for a bit which was nice.

I'd give them another try if I were in the area again.

I have patronized Broken Egg in Madison Alabama several times per week for breakfast for many months and I can say that they provide the best, most consistent menu in North Alabama . We have also used them for catering birthdays and that also was an amazing experience that all of our guest commented on . The management and staff is first rate as well and always stop by to make sure all is good . It is a close as you can come to a specially prepared breakfast at home and in many ways is better . I highly recommend Broken Egg!

Jerrie is absolutely SENSATIONAL! We literally sit at the bar EVERY SUNDAY because we know she’s going to be here! She remembers our orders she knows exactly what we get and she is hilarious. We love her!

When we come to Another Broken Egg, we prefer sitting and eating at the bar. We especially enjoy Jerrie! She is a wonderful person and it shows that she loves her job and enjoys what she does! Truly she should be compensated for her work! Nick is a bonus as well as Jeff!

Jerrie is absolutely incredible! For the last few years, she's been taking care of us, and she's truly become a staple of our weekly Sunday routine. She is always smiling, has the best attitude, and makes us feel so welcome every time we come in.
​She knows our order by heart and even remembers exactly how we like our Bloody Marys. That level of personal care and attention to detail is what sets her apart. Honestly, she's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. She's a true gem and deserves all five stars!
